Dermatology, the truth is that I came recommending Metlife through my insurance, however it is a terrible service, they gave me an appointment at 9 am, the doctor arrived 15 minutes late and they transferred to another patient who arrived after me, they ended up transferring me until 9:45.
The lack of professionalism on the part of Dr. Uribe bothers me.

Super attentive and punctual service. Impeccable facilities, private and super comfortable rooms.
During my husband's infusion they were very attentive and provided clear communication about the procedure.

My mother attended the Alivia Clinic from February 2023 until she completed her treatment on January 18, 2024. We attended the clinic for a year, and I have nothing but positive comments. Having cancer is very difficult; everything terrifies you, but being in a friendly and respectful environment helps you feel a little better. That's what my mother experienced at Alivia. From the first contact with the counselors, doctors, and especially the nurses at Alivia, we always received kind and respectful treatment. I want to recognize the nurses Ara and Dany, as well as Dr. Vera, because they always had a smile and treated my mother well. I highly recommend the Alivia Clinic. I hope they continue to maintain a very warm relationship with all their patients.

They're very informal with insurance procedures; they don't even notify me when the procedure is ready. They've constantly had delays in delivering medications. I've had relapses several times due to their delays.
