I visited Apollo Spectra Hospital, Ameerpet and consulted Dr. Venu Barghav Garu, Gastroenterologist. He is a very good doctor – listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and motivated me not to worry about my gastric problem. His friendly approach and clear guidance gave me a lot of confidence.

My father was recently treated at this hospital for fits caused by a liver problem. We were under the care of Dr. Nikhila Batchu, and I must say she is an excellent doctor. She explained every scenario in detail, which helped us understand the condition and treatment options clearly. Her approach was thorough and reassuring, and we’re very grateful for the care she provided.
The hospital staff overall were good and supportive. However, during the initial two days, we faced some challenges with timely response — especially during the nights when my father was confused and unable to sleep due to his liver condition. It took some time for the staff to become more responsive, but things did improve after the first couple of days.
There is definitely room for improvement in the initial responsiveness of the staff, particularly in urgent or sensitive situations. That said, once they were on track, their support was much better.
Overall, doctors are excellent, and with a bit more consistency in staff response times, the experience would have been near perfect.
