There's no generator!!
We started with a root canal treatment, but ended up having to have my tooth extracted.
The power went out during the procedure, so we had to wait two hours because there was no generator.
If you go, be aware that there is no generator, and if the power goes out during the procedure, the procedure will be interrupted.

I've been coming to this clinic for over two years. During this time, I've had various treatments, including implants, and have always been satisfied. The team is very professional and caring. I'd especially like to thank Dr. Işık Melis SAĞLAM; she's very careful, meticulous, and instills confidence in her patients. I always feel comfortable and in good hands here.
I've been treated at this clinic for over two years now, and every time I walk out with the same thought—"Wow, I'm so lucky I found this place!" Over this time, I've had different procedures done, including an implant, and everything was done with such professionalism and care that I always felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm, the team is fantastic, but the biggest highlight for me is Dr. Işık Melis SAĞLAM. She is truly outstanding—kind, attentive, incredibly skilled, and she makes you feel safe and confident in her hands. Honestly, I couldn't recommend her and this clinic more!

I got my implant treatment at Atamer Dental Clinic, which I was waiting for for a long time because I was very scared. Mr. Emre is so competent and fast that my implant screwing process didn't even take 5 minutes, and my next process was also done with Mr. Mustafa. I would like to thank both of them for their wonderful equipment, light hands and comforting attitude. ☺️ The friendly and communicative staff at the counter always helped me with my appointments and easily managed my process without any disruptions in my work schedule. I would like to thank them for both their comforting and solution-oriented attitude. A clean and beautiful clinic where you can go with peace of mind 😍 ♥️

I went today at noon to get information about orthodontic treatment and made an appointment for the evening. They gave me an appointment for 7:00 PM. I arrived around 7:00 PM and registered, and the woman at the reception desk said, "We'll call you back," so I started waiting. It was crowded. The receptionist was friendly, but she didn't tell me which doctor would be handling my treatment, and she doesn't manage the appointment system. As I said, it was crowded. One or two patients were waiting, and all the patients who had come in before me got in. I didn't mind this, but after a while, they started accepting the patients who had come in after me. So, I went and told her. While I was still waiting, she mentioned the woman who had come in 5 minutes earlier and said, "We'll see you later, there's one person ahead of you," but I'd been waiting for 1:30 hours. My 7:00 PM appointment was now 8:30 PM. If so, why are they rescheduling it for 7:00 PM? I'm busy, and I've wasted 1:30 hours. I talked to the doctor because I was waiting, but I'm really angry about this situation; I'm going to be disgraced with my money. We shouldn't be disgracing our doctor. Şeyma is a very sweet and engaging person. She kept me informed about the treatment. I extend my gratitude to her and recommend changing your receptionist as soon as possible. It would be very beneficial for your clinic to find someone who can manage appointments and, at the very least, tell new patients which doctor will be attending them.
