It's a very well run place , my mum got surgery with the company Medaway at this hospital and they did a great job with the surgery and hospitality with my mum and other patients, if you want to get food just go down the road for a kebab. also great view also 👌🏼

⭐ 1 Star – AVOID THIS CLINIC! SCAMMERS & UNPROFESSIONAL
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this clinic and feel completely scammed. I initially paid €6,600 for a set of procedures, including a chin implant, jaw implants, lip filler, teeth whitening and an eyebrow lift. However, I was misled and deceived right from the start.
1. Lies About Jaw Implants: I requested jaw implants, but after I arrived, paid, and signed the contract, they suddenly told me I would be getting jaw filler instead of actual implants. This was never mentioned before, meaning they tricked me into a completely different procedure than what I agreed to.
2. Incomplete Procedures & Insufficient Refund: The jaw filler and teeth whitening were never performed, yet they only refunded me €150, which is nowhere near the cost of the missing procedures.
3. Botched Surgery: The chin implant was done incorrectly. It is badly positioned, and the results are completely different from what was promised. Now I am left needing corrective surgery because of their unprofessional work.
4. Disastrous Lip Filler: The lip filler procedure has left my lips looking completely distorted. I don’t know if it was a botched job or if the filler was incorrectly applied, but they may totally ruin the shape of my lips, making them look unnatural and asymmetrical
5. Terrible Customer Service: After I contacted them multiple times to fix the situation, they ignored my messages and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. Instead of resolving the issue, they avoided me completely.
I am now taking legal action against this clinic and reporting them to the Turkish Ministry of Health, the Turkish Medical Association, the Istanbul Health Directorate, and consumer protection authorities. I will also be filing a complaint with the police for their fraudulent practices.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC! They lie to their patients, take their money, and perform low-quality, unsafe procedures. If you are considering surgery here, stay away and go to a reputable place instead!

Please avoid this place. Your health is not taken into consideration, only your money is. Surgical equipment was reused after been dropped on the floor. The staff just want to drain every last penny out of you they can. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have endless screenshot and solid evidence of serious medical negligence. When confronted you get a robot response with no acknowledgement of the disgusting service. This place needs shutting down

A hospital that feels like a 7-star hotel—exceptional care, top-tier facilities, and outstanding service. Everything is meticulously designed, from the lighting to the curtains. Plenty of staff, receptionists, and elevators make everything smooth. The only thing to improve? English proficiency.

If I could have gave them less than one star I would have done so cuz they are so mean and they are so bad and they're not helpful and they are just making you nervous all the time through the process because no one's helping you
