It's very obvious that they care more about appearances than the actual service.
After the doctor gave me an appointment for mole removal (this was after the initial checkup she personally did), and I came to the said appointment, she was then shocked and told me she would never recommend doing this procedure at this time since it's hot. This is fine, however end of June in Zagreb is always hot, so it was just a huge waste of time. When I asked why did they give me this date to begin with, she just looked at me without a word.
She then told me we can schedule for end of July?!
Don't waste your money and time here, there are better private hospitals.

Wow. This dentist, Amazing ✨ i came from Ireland 🇮🇪 to have Zirconium crowns done, and I had extensive damage to my teeth and a lot of work needed to be done. The staff went above and beyond for me and made sure I got all work done to perfection before my permanent teeth was put in. I have my dream smile all thanks to the Poliklinika Bagatin clinic and staff. I cannot recommend this enough if you are looking to get your dream smile this is the clinic to come to this clinic. From the first day I contacted them they have been nothing but helpful and they have checked in multiple times to make sure everything is ok and I am so greatful for the staff here. Thank you all the team at Bagatin 🧡

The entire team was exceptional – professional, kind, and attentive. Suzana was fantastic – she took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail, which made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the experience.

Wow this clinic! If I could give 100 stars I would. I traveled from Ireland to Croatia to have extensive work completed on my teeth and it was not easy work for staff or for me BUT… the staff went above and beyond to make my experience as relaxed, comfortable, and painless as possible and the after care and care during the treatment couldn’t be matched. I have always wanted my dream smile and the staff here at Poliklinika Bagatin have given me my dream smile in the most professional way ans I can never thank them enough for all the hard work put into my teeth yous have made me smile again 😄 highly highly recommend if your are looking for dental treatment done, this is the place to go thank you sooooo much to all the team !

The best clinic I have ever been to. Had all my teeth done here and it’s nothing short of excellence. My dentist Dr Kristina Pilipovic is an amazing dentist and has a lovely calm sweet nature. All the dental nurses are so lovely. Thank you , Sharon x
