Everything about this clinic breathes excellence.
Doctor is great and has a lot of confidence.
The guidance of Sara and team through your journey in dealing with infertility is outstanding.
We spent about 425k thb to have one successful embryo transfer. It's worth it because I'm quite positive this clinic is world class. It has to be because at least two out if three of their patients are foreign origin.
The clinic is on the first floor and it may take a little effort to find.
We are very grateful.

My friend recommended BCC to me and I didn't hesitate a second to fly back to Thailand to have our IVF done here.
I had tried 4 times IVF and 7 times IUI here in France but failed. We had decided to give a try one more time back in my hometown.
My first impression with the staff (Sarah) and doctor Ball was wonderful. We first had a telephone consultation before travelling there which reassured and comforted us a lot.
The planning of the project was so precised and we didn't waste any second.
All the staff members are very professional, service minded and always ready to answer any questions. Doctor Ball was excellent, he was always positive, and willing to give us any extra information during the process. The greatest thing was how empathetic of everyone here in BCC.
The clinic itself was prestige, clean and comfortable.
Thank you BCC , staff members and doctor for taking good care of us and made a miracle happen.

A Dream in the Making — After 5 Long Years
I never thought this dream would come true — not after so many disappointments and over 5 years of trying to have a baby. We had undergone multiple rounds of IUI and ICSI, each time hoping for success. Finally, at the age of 41, thanks to Dr. Ball and the wonderful team at BCC IVF, our dream is finally coming true — and now I am expecting our long-awaited little one.
Every visit to the clinic has been a truly positive experience. We are always warmly welcomed by the staff and nurses, and Dr. Ball is incredibly kind and approachable. The clinic is clean and modern, with state-of-the-art facilities that give us great confidence and peace of mind throughout this journey.
As I feel our baby growing each day, we are filled with hope and gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Dr. Ball and everyone at BCC IVF Clinic for helping make this dream possible.
Highly recommended to anyone who is on this path. There is always hope. ❤️

Visited in February for a consultation, the nurse and the doctor were ignorant and just asked to take antioxidants and make lifestyle changes and sent us back without further investigating the reason for our problem and asked to come after 3 months but within that time our reports became even worse . Team could have taken our case more seriously than casually neglecting us because of our young age. It's important to find the cause of the problem rather than just sending back telling to take antioxidants and good diet.

After enduring the heartache of several failed IVF cycles ( at previous IVF clinic), my dream of having a child on my own finally came true. Words can not describe how thankful my husband and I are towards every single staff member at BCC. Dr. Tanut and his team were beyond wonderful. They were patient, kind, and empathetic during the entire process. They were the best cheer leaders and were always rooting for us. The entire team certainly provided us with the best care possible.
If you have the will and the faith, keep trying. It’s important to never lose faith and never give up hope that you can have a family. I will recommend you guys to anyone. Thank you so much🙏
