Been here several times for various issues needing different departments. the staff are very polite and helpful. The hospital is set up in a good way. there are various places to eat and a convenience store. this place in sum can well handle people waiting for their friends in some sort of manner, but also taking care of an individual with a particular problem or issue. strongly recommended.
PS interesting note - while the hospital apparently did their orginal image deal with Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok, they and this Phuket institution do not share files or have any kind of working association.

Got bitten by a monkey whilst on vacation and had to visit a hospital for emergency treatment. Bangkok hospital Phuket was chosen quickly and I am very glad we chose it. Everyone was extremely attentive, all nurses and doctors spoke good English, were very professional, and were very kind. I was in and out of A&E within 30 minutes. It cost £180/7,140 baht for my treatment. We visited on a Sunday evening and it was very quiet, in a good way! They also put all of my treatment in a gift bag which was a really nice touch for a bad situation.
The building was also extremely clean and well maintained. I must say, this was probably the best emergency care I have ever received in my life. Thank you to all the staff at the hospital.

Outstanding Services. Our favorite hospital in Phuket. Our daughter got a common cold while traveling in Thailand and we took her to this hospital. Top notch place. Modern and the doctor were up to the International Standards. Great experience for us and our daughter recovered fast. Our International insurance got covered and all worked nicely.

Had a comprehensive health screening in the Wellness Centre. Professional, efficient and thorough. Also managed in a calm and friendly way that did not contribute to any anxiety. I will return next year and recommend without hesitation. The fact that it is also great value is a bonus.

I found the Brightviewcenter at Bangkok hospital to be very thorough and professional - with personalised care and attention to ensure the most appropriate treatment option and outcome. Every effort was made to accommodate my needs and travel capacity from Australia, without compromising treatment in any way. I had the refractive lens replacement surgery and could not be happier with the result! I have not needed my glasses since the treatment - and my vision has improved ama…zingly! I can read the bottom line of the eye test card with each eye - and am reading the newspaper, my watch, my iPhone e-mails, and price tags in the shops - as well as street signs, distant objects and recognising people's faces from a distance - without having to worry about taking my glasses on and off any more! I would strongly recommend the procedure - (performed so ably and adeptly by Dr Captain and his wonderful team!) - for anyone considering it. Deena Gilroy - Queensland, Australia.

One if the best hospitals I have ever been to, professional, attentive and very helpfulstaff staff, good food and wifi. I have a very complex combination ofi illnesses and ended up here due food poisin, the doctors did know exactly what to do, and are very skilled. My best reccomendations ***** I stayed in the ICU

First time for my mom to consult with the Doctor Sayam Hanpipat (MD). His specialty is Rehabilitation Medical. Dr. Sayam delivered the surprising and unbeliveable stage of service exellence for healing and caring to my mom which has impressed me a lot. Likewise, his team also performed very well.
