SCAM ALERT ‼️
Stay the hell away from BIDC EMQUARTIER Dental Clinic unless you enjoy throwing your money in the bin and being blatantly scammed. Do NOT fall for their shiny fake reviews – it’s all lies and fraud.
I was sold a “dental cleansing and flushing” that they told me would last at least an hour. I show up today, the so-called hygienist tells me it’s just some cleaning and a “water flush” and even asked if I knew what that was. What?? Isn’t the whole point that it’s meant to be a hygienic treatment? Then she casually drops the price – 2000 baht ($62) for a cleaning and another 1600 baht ($50) for this nonsense “water flush.”
Guess how long the whole thing lasted? TEN pathetic minutes. Ten minutes for what was supposed to be a one-hour treatment. And to slap me in the face even harder, the receptionist had the nerve to add on another 160 baht for “cleaning.” Absolute daylight robbery.
This place is not a clinic – it’s a scam factory. Avoid it at all costs.

I came to get a tooth extraction here while I was in Bangkok for a few months (along with a few follow-ups). The place is spotless and the staff are all extremely kind and professional. I was always able to make appointments easily via WhatsApp, and language barriers were never an issue. I’m glad that I chose BIDC for my dental visits during this trip.

The staff, the nurses and the doctor was so nice and well spoken. My wisdom tooth removal lasted less than 10 minutes and was absolutely painless. This is coming from someone who is deathly scared of surgeries or needles. The doctor was so accommodating to my phobia. Affordable prices as well! Will be coming here again!

We visited a few times. Not only was the treatment of poor quality, but the doctor's behaviour was beyond unprofessional and rude. The pricing for the treatment we wanted changed (went higher) than it was in the initial consultation as well. Overall, we had a terrible experience.

I’ve been a longtime patient of Bangkok International Dental Center (BIDC), but since I was staying nearby, I decided to try the BIDC Dental Clinic @ Emquartier for convenience. Big mistake.
From the start, it felt less like a branch and more like a franchise. They didn’t even have access to my records from the main center — a red flag.
I was there for a checkup and cleaning. The dentist barely glanced at my teeth before saying “no cavities” and jumping straight to the cleaning. No greeting, no small talk — just sit down, open your mouth, and endure. The assistant kept shoving my head around, and I was only allowed to close my mouth once during the entire procedure. The clinic was empty, so I can’t explain the rush.
At the end, I got a quick “you need to floss” while she turned the chair away from me — I guess that was my cue to leave. No business card, or I’d post it here to warn others.
Can’t believe I came to Bangkok for this.
