I recently had a dental implant procedure at Birmingham Dental Specialists, something I had been putting off for quite some time. It was actually my son who recommended Dr. Amit, as they worked together—and I’m so glad he did. Choosing Dr. Amit turned out to be the best decision.
From the very beginning, Dr. Amit made the entire process incredibly smooth and comfortable. He took the time to explain every step clearly, which really helped put me at ease. What made the experience even more special was that he welcomed my son to be part of the process.
Dr. Amit’s professionalism and genuine care stood out throughout my treatment. I even travelled from Manchester to complete the procedure, and I can honestly say it was absolutely worth it. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care I received.

Outstanding care and results – highly recommended
I recently had three dental implants fitted at Birmingham Dental Specialists and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Like many people, I was initially very nervous—especially about the idea of a sinus lift and bone graft. However, from the very first consultation, Dr Amit Patel put me completely at ease.
He took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answered all my questions patiently, and addressed every concern I had. His calm, reassuring manner made a huge difference, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout.
The entire team at BSD were equally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their attentive care made the whole process far less daunting than I had feared.
I’m absolutely delighted with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Patel and his wonderful staff to anyone considering dental implants.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amit. His work has been meticulous through a long process to get my two implants completed today.
I have always had realistic expectations due to my previous drug therapy for osteoporosis but Amit certainly surpassed them.
Being able to see new strong bone after my bone graft on CT scan was wonderful.
I can’t thank you enough Amit!

Wonderful experience. You will not regret going here. Amit and the team are the loveliest people ever. Straight from the reception a friendly greeting, she is conversational and after a while grow a connection. The other dentist working alongside Amit is so kind she is attentive and makes the experience so lovely by helping with passing a tissue or offering kind words. Amit himself made all my worries go by the thorough communication and the friendly banter between us. Such a clean environment and 100000% recommend. Miss all of them.❤️

I saw two periodontists for opinions, and I’m so glad I chose to go with Dr. Amit. His professionalism, calm manner, and ability to explain everything in clear, layman’s terms immediately put me at ease. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, which made a world of difference.
