This is simply the worst hospital I’ve been in my life. They’ve made me come back and forth many times and instead of getting better I only got worst.
- until this day I haven’t received an ultrasound exam, which I’ve requested many times;
- the doctors subscribed medicine that made me feel extremely sick and when I went back to change it prescribed even worst one, completely ignoring what I’ve said that I knew I had reaction or didn’t;
- the exchange of the medicine could be done over the phone with a doctor as I requested a consultancy, but they made me go back there again to guess: the doctor on site tell me it could be handed over the phone and app;
- their app absolutely sucks, it’s such a headache to get access to it, since their SMS/email code doesn’t work;
- I had a doctor that literally looked at me and say it was all normal, although I had proven exams that it was not and I was feeling sick for 6 months.
I had to say the nurses usually do a good job, but doctors and systems completely suck.
