I waited a year to write this review, because I wanted to make sure that my dental work would stand the test of time... it did! The staff was incredibly caring and highly competent. They were patient, they explained everything to me, and their equipment? Absolutely state of the art.
The whole experience was great - I was nervous, but didn't need to be. They arranged for transportation from the airport to my hotel. Their driver picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel every day, which was a few miles away from the clinic. I had a VERY FULL WEEK of dental work, and it all was scheduled seamlessly.
I received about $10,000 worth of dental services for $2,000, and got a vacation as well. I love my smile now!

I usually don’t do reviews because I’ve been told my whole life that I was too harsh. After my treatments with Cancun Dental Specialists I have to let future patients know just how excellent this place is. It was unbelievable how much care and effort Dr. Irma and her team put in for me. It truly wasn’t about the money for them. They wanted to give me the exact results I wished for. Their offices and facilities are clean and very modern. I had a view of the beautiful ocean as I was getting my procedure done. I had transportation services from the airport, to the clinic each day, and back to the airport on my way home. I have never been treated like family as much as the staff did at Cancun Dental Specialists. Not to mention the perfect work they did for me which will change my life forever. I observed how the staff treated other patients and was blown away. It’s rare you find this many kind hearted, genuine people all in one setting.
I don’t think any words will do my experience with Cancun Dental Specialists any justice, but I had to at least try. 5-star rating all around! This needs to be recognized because it’s very rare to come across a business like this.

Cancun Dental Specialists are amazing ! They provided me with local travel to and from appointments. They were prompt, affordable and effective at performing more routine dental such as fillings and provided me with a night guard for under $100.00. This would have cost me $600.00 in Canada. While performing an exploratory surgery the Oral Surgeon very affordably treated an issue I suffered from for over a decade. I am so happy with their results, service, professionalism and quality of care I plan on bringing my children as they grow so I feel positive that they are receiving safe and quality care by doctors and specialists and administrators and even drivers who care.

Very impressed. The whole process from initial contact to getting dropped off at my hotel after the appointment was seamless.
I didn't have the amount of work done that most do but I was impressed with the services.
During my initial appointment they did an assenement and cleaning and it was determined I just needed one filling. They were able to accommodate me and get the filling done right away. The staff were all super friendly. I was very impressed with how sanitary and clean it was.

I wasn’t really sure if this should post under Ocean Dental or Cancun Dental Specialist, it’s same company just different location. I’m giving these guys a 5 because my results are pretty amazing, however it could have also been average to not so great results if I had not pushed them. With that said, when I let them know I was unhappy they completely redid my veneers top and bottoms and corrected other crowns to get the colors to match. (I had the veneers originally done over two different visits to Cancun and that likely led to issue I had(my bad)) I did have to extend my trip. And yes the price is fantastic compared to USA. I’d just say brace yourself for possible schedule changes, possible long days in dental chair, and possibly feeling like its a very chaotic atmosphere. They are fighting the clock to get everyone and everything done based on different schedules and needs. Fortunately they have dozens of young energetic dentist who are up to the task. Keep in mind if there are problems with any work you may have to return to get it corrected(the flight back would be on your dime). This is a fast growing business so managing growth may be a problem going forward, so far they have a handle on it but not as tight as it was when it was just one office. I would return and I highly recommend this dentist and her assistant in photo!!
