Outstanding Experience – Truly 10/10!
I recently had my first-stage dental implant surgery in Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry right through to post-op care, everything was smooth and well-organised. The entire team anticipated my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way.
The hotel accommodation was lovely—although a bit far from the clinic, it wasn’t a major issue at all.
A special thanks to my coordinator, Burcu, who was absolutely amazing. Although my treatment plan changed (which also affected the cost), she took the time to explain everything clearly, liaised with the team on my behalf, and reached a fair agreement. Despite her busy schedule, she truly went the extra mile for me, and I deeply appreciate it.
Aziz was also incredible—he looked after me with genuine care, even staying with me after my surgery finished late to make sure I was okay. He even helped me get dinner, which wasn’t part of his job, but he did it out of kindness. It meant a lot.
A big shout-out to my amazing chauffeurs, Galip and Ahmed, who were always on time, communicative, and extremely professional. They made the logistics seamless and stress-free.
Although I didn’t get to meet Tuhanan, my remote coordinator, in person, he was fantastic—quick to respond, very understanding, and patient with all my many questions and requests. Thank you for your support and diligence!
Lastly, the Private Erdem Özdemir Clinic where I had my surgery was excellent. The staff were professional, the treatment was clearly explained, and expectations were well-managed. The implant surgeon and dentist were highly skilled, and I felt I was in very capable hands.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team for anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Truly a 10/10 experience!
