Mz experience at Care Vision Nürnberg was wonderful. The whole team is just outstanding in terms of humanity and treatment. Dr Wölfel is a real rpofessional and you can tell he has big experience in the field, I felt really safe during the surgery and it was over really quickly. I am really grateful I chose this clinic for my eyes surgery, would do it again (fortunately I will never have to :D) Thank you again Team at Care Vision, a special thank you goes to nurse Adriana! You made this experience amazing.

I had my eye surgery 10 days ago and I can only recommend.
The place is extrémenle nice, the attention from the staff is very polite, fast and clear from the very beginning. I said I preferred to speak English and they put a crew together to speak English with me the entire time in the preparation and the surgery.
Recovery went great, I was only uncomfortable 3-4 hours after the surgery but with nothing to complain about. Something to take into consideration is that the eyes feel very dry in the next days - weeks and you are quite dependent on the hydration drops.

The surgery and result: 5/5 stars. I can see perfectly without any issues, and it’s clear the surgeons are very good at what they do. This is the most important.
The administration: 2/5 stars. It was terrible communication from calling, to booking, to trying to get questions answered. All staff were nice but just not coordinated at all.

Really easy and fast procedure. Very helpful stuff and nice persons. The doctor is awesome and explains every step throughout the LASIK manipulation. I was expecting to have more struggle but no it was very easy and smooth. Gave them only 4 stars because of the way payment is settled. I was told that I can pay with credit card, however on the day on the actual surgery they told me it's impossible. Their preferred way is wire transfer or cash. Well, not sure but hanging around with two-three thousands Euro is not the best practice. This way they are limiting clients who are living outside Europe and make them to wonder how to bring cash.
Other than this little issue everything was excellent!

The company was rcommended by friend. The experience in total was flawless, the service was nice and they took care of anything. Very expierenced doctors, the surgery went without any complications. My eyesight afterwards is now completely restored.
