Disappointment with Dr. Attmanspacher's treatment! My mother had surgery with him (an artificial knee joint), and during the surgery, salmonella got into her knee due to sloppy work! A piece of foreign body/cement or something was forgotten!
She had blood poisoning and needed blood transfusions, and now he's not even able to speak out about it or admit his mistakes! My mother is permanently disfigured and disabled as a result.

I came to Dr. Attmanspacher with a torn biceps tendon, at my doctor's request to check if there was anything else wrong, as my fingers were becoming tingly. Dr. Attmanspacher advised me to have surgery as soon as possible, as it was clear that the tendon tear was damaging the nerve. I wanted a second opinion and went to the Sportopädicum in Regensburg. The expert there told me that biceps tendons shouldn't be operated on because they don't limit the mobility or strength of the arm at all. The problem with my fingers was due to the cervical spine.
I'm surprised Dr. Attmanspacher didn't tell me this; I'm 76 years old. I would have faced the risk of surgery, which is always there, and subsequent rehabilitation with months of healing. Therefore, I am very disappointed with the advice of this doctor, who burdens his patients with unnecessary risks.

On the last Saturday in July, I broke my upper arm in a bicycle accident.
Mr. Zech's medical history on Monday morning was not only very friendly, but also extremely competent!
Just one day later, I had an appointment with Dr. Attmanspacher, who operated on me at the Birkenwald Clinic.
Truly, everything couldn't have gone better – from the anesthesia, through the actual surgery, to the aftercare!
I felt in excellent hands! The steady healing process from day one and the minimal pain confirm this.
Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice for orthopedic and trauma surgery.

You can get an appointment quickly and the reception is friendly. I went to Mr. Zech for a diagnosis. Good in itself, just for the service provided, look at it + short ultrasound + conversation + feedback on the x-ray, the prices are very expensive at just under €200.

Mr. Dr. Attmanspacher is an extremely outstanding doctor in both professional and human terms. The treatments before, during and after my complex shoulder operation were excellent and I was able to quickly start training again and have now recovered pain-free. Thank you!
