Their receptionist Tammy is really good at taking care of customers. Plus she can speak English really well and she always check on the customers after the appointments. This is my fourth time here and I’m very satisfied with Tammy and the rest team.

I have been here for a few different treatments and I am always impressed by the care and attention to detail from the staff. My consultant, Tammy, and the whole team are very friendly and talk you through all the treatments and process, leaving you feeling very comfortable in their care. The clinic is a very professional setting and I would definitely recommend it!

Two months ago, I visited Alist Clinic for a facial treatment and was quite impressed overall. The clinic environment is clean, modern, and very calming—definitely gives off a premium feel from the moment you walk in.
Customer service was excellent. My consultant, Tammy was helpful and patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions, which I really appreciated. She was really encouraging me during the injections which I was scared of.
The dermatologist I saw was also very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess my skin thoroughly and recommended treatments called Meso Acne and Meso Bright that felt very personalized to my needs. The facial itself was high-quality, and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately after.
While the prices are on the higher side, I do believe you're paying for the quality of service, expertise, and overall experience. That said, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, mainly due to the price point—it’s something to consider if you're budgeting, but still very much worth it for the results and care you receive.

The clinic environment is very professional and welcoming. The staff are very accommodating, especially Tammy. The doctor is open-minded and willing to discuss anything you need, offering helpful suggestions to help you become the best version of yourself. Overall, the service is excellent—from the warm welcome to the preparation and delivery. Highly recommended!
