⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Clinic Wise – from Aotearoa NZ with aroha/love!
My whole experience with Clinic Wise has been amazing from start to finish. From the very first point of contact, my coordinator Shayma has been incredible — always responsive, patient, and kind. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), helped me navigate the English–Turkish differences, and even greeted me with a warm “kia ora” which meant so much as I’m from Aotearoa New Zealand.
I was nervous at first about choosing the right clinic, but after meeting Dr. Mehdi, my surgeon, through a call arranged by Shayma, I knew I was in the right hands. Both my partner (who came as my support person) and I felt completely at ease.
From there, Shayma coordinated everything — travel plans, accommodation, airport transfers, meals — even sharing ideas for enjoying some of Türkiye’s amazing food before surgery. The package was excellent and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay for both of us.
A special shoutout to Baran, our assistant/translator — he’s the man! Down-to-earth, funny, and so supportive. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable, always checking in and helping us feel at home in a new country.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my SASI bariatric surgery experience with Clinic Wise. The professionalism, care, and hospitality from the entire team have been top-notch.
If you’re from Aotearoa New Zealand and considering surgery in Türkiye, I would 100% recommend Clinic Wise — they’ll look after you like whānau.

If there was a 10 star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously, takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now ,who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. Thank you very much! I have already told many people about my wonderful stay and will continue to recommend you.

From the moment I arrived in Istanbul,I felt supported and cared for, my co-ordinator Cleo, was the most efficient , profeasipnal, and always available day or night incredible. Thanks to the team of nurses, caregivers, and of course, Dr. Ersin Gonullu, a true artist to his trade, I couldnt have asked for a more beautiful outcome, im in love with my curves 😍 💕. I have had the most positive experience with clinicwise from the moment I landed in Istanbul till now, one week post op. My decision to go with clinicwise was made easy by the wonderful Joseph, my patient coordinator and the most attentive, caring human. Throughout this journey, he has helped organise all my transfers, accomodation, nurse care and more. Every interaction I have had has been warm and welcoming, especially my assistant Zehra, social media manager Zeynep and my first nurse, Büsra. Everyone took amazing care of me and made me feel at home, despite the 15,000km distance between here and home. On top of providing all the aftercare and garments, I was sent the cutest gift box (photo below). Thank you clinicwise!

I really highly recommend dc Ersin , everything was amazing i had liposuction ,bbl and fat transfer to the breasts i felt in safe hands i can't recommend him enough i would give him 20/10 if i could do that .
It was amazing experience thanks a lot to dc Ersin and his amazing team too .
They really care a lot about their patients.
