Vandaag onverwachts met mijn vrouw een bezoek gebracht aan de tandarts (dr.Jana) op Tenerife. Ze heeft ons perfect geholpen zodat wij onbezorgd verder van onze vakantie konden genieten. Als je onverhoopt een tandarts nodig hebt op Tenerife kunnen wij je deze van harte aanbevelen!👍

Une expérience extraordinaire, pas une seule douleur après le traitement d'une dent.Je n'en revenais pas, moi qui avais une peur bleue des dentistes après une mauvaise expérience. Personnel sympathique, professionnel et sensible à vos besoins.J'y retournerai!

Rage de dent le 31 décembre au matin, rendez vous pris à 11h30, accueil en Français, vraie prise en charge, clinique pro, on nous explique tout bien, pas de douleur sur le fauteuil, soin de trois quart d’heure, équipe pro. On nous remet à la fin les documents à envoyer à la sécu et à la mutuelle. Je suis soulagé de ma douleur et le dentiste m’explique même tout ce qui ne va pas dans ma bouche, pour y remédier à mon retour en france. Bravo 👍👍👍

Excelente trato, la recepcionista muy amable.Jana (la odontologa) es buenísima, muy profesional.Recomiendo totalmente esta clínica, quien vaya una vez, se queda.

Worst dentist I have ever been. But as far as I know they changed employees, maybe it has improved by now. I spent a lot of money, wasn't happy at all... complaint often, at the end I had to change dentist and had the work done again. I was reading that the clinic says, some of the comments are not real, this one is for sure! That is why I even decided to write a review, I was a patient before Corona, ( I got married and have a diffferent name now...) but I think, it is important, that you are able to tell your opinion... everybody is free to say what experience they had. Just can help others.

,I only leave this review because I value when other people disinterestedly warn of the quality of a service received and I personally read them before going to a professional service, whoever wants give me credit that gives it to me, and who does not, is in their right. My daughter underwent a treatment with Dr. Thais to correct the crossbite, the duration that she told us was 6 months and she spent 2 years supporting expanders that broke three times due to the poor quality they presented, at the end of the treatment With many insecurities on the part of the doctor, it turned out that two teeth had been very displaced and she continued to have the crossbite, the doctor gave us long with the excuse that we waited for a fang to come out of the girl to put on braces and finish correcting the bite, and that this was included in the cost.After more than a year of waiting for the fang to emerge, the doctor suddenly changes her mind and makes absurd excuses such as braces They are going to bother the girl and that we also have to pay for them separately and that they will also have to put them in the lower part of the mouth, and that now we better put the girl instead of brack there are some elastics and that we also have to pay them separately, and also that the "6" grindstone had been good on him .. crazy
Apart from all this, he gave us a very humiliating treatment to try to justify his insecurities and his lack of word and professional commitment to the intended results of the treatment, it was a horrible experience, apart from the failure of the treatment, since after more than three years the crossbite of the girl remains uncorrected. I asked for the claim sheet and the doctor refused to provide it to me.

Walked into reception in my training clothes with a broken front tooth and wanted to discuss implants and braces... rude and unhelpful receptionist looked me up and down in judgemental fashion and simply responded that no appointments available until December and suggested I go across the road to another dentist. Make sure you wear a suit if you want friendly treatment here.

I would like to thank all the staff at el cedro particularly my dentist Anisle and the technician ..who made my new dentures and were very patient trying to fit them but after 3 visits we got there thankyou...
