My recent health check-up at this hospital was a largely positive experience. The staff and nurses were exceptionally polite and professional, and their multilingual abilities eliminated any language barriers. The facility itself was impressively clean and well-maintained throughout, creating a comfortable environment. You will get to know your doctor before consulting through WhatsApp you get brief intro and the achievements of your doctor, I found this more interesting. Every hospital should adapt this.
The only hiccup was a payment issue post-consultation where, due to a system error(no receipt printed after payment , like no transaction visible at hospital end ), then later
I was accidentally charged twice. However, the OP Desk receptionist, Anamika, handled this efficiently. She was very helpful, acknowledged the error and checked with finance department , and processed for a refund, resolving the matter completely. Despite this minor glitch, the overall high standards of care and service make me recommend this hospital.

The hospital's final bill and discharge procedures were extremely disappointing and PATHETIC. After a major surgery, with plans to travel back home, the staff delayed processing, just to claim a half day charges for the patient just by holding the invoice of implant charges. I was shuffled between insurance, billing, and purchase departments, only to discover that each blamed the other for the holdup. The billing team claimed purchase hadn't sent the invoice, while purchase said the vendor hadn't provided it. I've been following up since 7 am and now its 11:40 am… yet not received the invoice. After this it will take one hour for insurance approval.
feeling like I'm being passed around. The prolonged wait for insurance processing and approval made today's half-day stay unnecessary without any treatment. It seemed like a deliberate delay.

Manipal Hospital truly lives up to its reputation. The doctors are not only highly knowledgeable but also very compassionate, taking time to explain everything clearly. The nursing and support staff are equally polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities, which made my experience smooth and stress-free.

I am truly grateful to Manipal Hospital for the exceptional care given to my baby during her hospitalization. The doctors were highly skilled and attentive, ensuring she received the right treatment at the right time. The nursing staff was incredibly caring, gentle, and patient, making sure she was comfortable throughout her stay.
