Botched & ignored.
I should note they overcharged both me & my “roomie” £310 each for our surgery. They tell you after you’ve paid to select Zolty.
Consultation - when asked my expectation I asked for small implants, under the muscle. Surgeon suggested 310cc in consultation which I didn't agree too, i also wanted to go under the muscle. Surgeon made me cry shouting at me before surgery, very intimidating. I asked the co-ordinator Nickola to speak to the surgeons & ensure they knew I didn’t want to go above 275cc & I want under the muscle which she told me she had done.
I learned after surgery the next day the surgeon had put 310cc implants over the muscle. They did not listen to me. I asked for c cup, i’m an F cup.
Aftercare
I was in excruciating pain & given paracetamol. My pain was undermined. I was bed ridden for 5 weeks, i could just about make it to the bathroom & back.
I was left the weekend without any emergency number to call. I passed put twice in pain.
Once home I had to txt numerous times for a reply, they txt back so fast before it!
I expressed I was unhappy with size and they are causing me pain. They said wait until 6 months mark to do another consultation and I haven’t heard back from them, it’s been 9 months.
I require to wear a bra 24/7, i’m in pain if I don’t as the implant is too heavy. The implants sit on my ribs, sagging which i didn’t have before. It has affected my life & ruined my body confidence. I wear baggy clothes now as they are so big. It is devastating as I was body confidence before the op, i’m a gym girlie so i just wanted a little something to put in a bra. Now i’d do anything to go back to my flat chest.
I think it’s best I don’t go back as the aftercare was so poor.
I seen consultant in UK, he said I now require uplift which is a bigger and more expensive operation, i didn’t require this before it is due to negligence of surgeon in Poland. The breast pocket is too big making the implants move. This is also malpractice.
I was so grateful I made it home & I will never go abroad for surgery again. They do not care nor take pride in their work, you are just money to them. They don’t care if you are happy or not. They do what they want with your body. Cowboys!
