Stunning architecture, makes the area look very modern and clean. I would shake the hand of whoever designed this building.

This building is mixture of TSS (The superior suites ) and offices.
Investment in this building has many benefits and investors can earn in dollars for 20 years, and all issues will handle by management services.
If you are looking for invest on this project or same logic just inform me.

I really loved this project, and i can describe it's benefits for hours. Moreover, it is one of the leed certified buildings of İstanbul with gold degree. Location, neighborhood, access, quality, prices ... And again: it's a green building, it's alive. The only 5 star I've ever rated.

The place is nice but can't figure out what it is not fully rented. It would make the place livelier.
