Unfortunately, my experience with the Medical Center of the Central Medical Center was disappointing. We applied for daily ECG monitoring (holter), the service was paid immediately - 3000 UAH. At the registration stage, they did not inform us about the need to return the equipment independently. They promised to decrypt it in 2 days, but in fact - it did not happen even after a week. Later, we received a message that decryption was impossible, and we were asked to provide details for a refund. At the same time, only 2600 UAH were returned - due to the "out-of-office format of the service", which was actually not implemented. I paid the bank commission and the costs of returning the device out of my own pocket. A medical institution that is responsible for the shortcomings of internal processes should not pass on the financial consequences to the client - especially when the service was not provided as a result. This is an example of a service where the client loses not only time and trust, but also part of the money. I hope that the center's management will reconsider its approach to such situations. The minimum that a patient should expect in such cases is a full refund of the cost of the service. Addition to the negative review: I would like to thank the team of the Medical Center CSM for not ignoring the situation and responding to my previous review. Your decision to return the difference in funds and provide my mother with a free specialist consultation as a gesture of compensation is not only the right step, but also evidence that you really listen to your patients. Such actions show that the service culture in the center is developing, and customer care is not just words. It is thanks to such openness to feedback that the clinic can become better, and I sincerely appreciate it. I hope that this will become a standard in working with patients - when any situations are resolved with respect, responsibility and humanity.

I have been to see Kolesnik Oleksandr Ivanovich several times. He also performed an operation on me, everything went very well. A good doctor, I wish there were more of them. The prices are a bit steep. I hope the clinic will recover after the recent shelling.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. The cardiologist's consultation only took money - not satisfied at all, the appointment was delayed by an hour, ate in the office, forgot the medications. There are rude people sitting at the reception. They will not pass on information to the doctor, do not pass it on time, you can not use their e-mail Just a waste of money
