I stayed here for 4 days and I have nothing but positive things to say. First, the team of people who organized the retreat are the most helpful and kind people I’ve met in a long time. Lu and Serena, in particular, are INCREDIBLE. Everyday I had an itinerary that allowed me to have guided meditations, surf lessons, yoga, and massages along with enough time in between to enjoy the surrounding areas. Everything was arranged for me and all I ever had to do was show up. They even arrange transportation to and from events (maximum 10 minutes) but I opted to rent my own ATV for the weekend which was a lot of fun and gave me more autonomy.
The living accommodations were cute and served their purpose for the trip. I like that it was ten min away from town bc Santa Teresa is very busy and noisy.
Keep in mind, this is the jungle. There will be bugs, bats, birds, and monkeys. If you can live with them being around everywhere, you will truly love this trip!
I haven’t felt this good after a retreat ever in my life. This place is truly special and the people at Cuatro Vientos make it an experience to remember for life. My only wish is that I had more time!
