Just finished my appointment today, as they called me to confirm and allowed me to come in early. Nice place and professional, my dentist was a nice woman who did a nice job of cleaning and filling a small cavity. Efficient and courteous and I was out of there in no time at a third of the cost of having this done in my own country. Would recommend them.

I'm in Chiang Mai for only 3 days and my front tooth veneer decided to break in half at the cooking class I attended last night. I called Dental World and made a same day appointment. Dr. Mai was wonderful and somehow managed to piece together my veneer so that I could feel normal at least until I get back home and need to get a new one. Thank you so much.

This dental office is WONDERFUL. Highly recommend!I sent appointment request at google and booking was very easy. My dental works started by teeth cleaning (800 baht - very reasonable price!), 3 fillings, 2 crowns and end up with Zoom whitening. I was really happy with the results. Professional and so gentle dentists. They offered me with alternative within my budget. I felt that they did not try to sell any extra unnecessary dental work. I felt that I was in very good hands of the doctors here, The staffs are very helpful and friendly.I wish to visit them whenever I get a chance to come Chiangmai for my teeth check-up. Of course, price here is so affordable compared to doing in the US. Thank you.

I was referred to this Clinic by another oral surgeon to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Normally not a big baby, my last extraction was 45 years ago and it didn't go well. This morning the doctor saw me, additional x-rays were taken and we had a brief discussion of my options. OK -- the point of this review, surgery at 11:30am and he was done at 11:45am (15 minutes later). I used laughing gas, which (as a big baby) I consider a MUST HAVE for dental work, and by 5:30pm the same day I was going into my swimming pool and answering emails. Light pain killers (I don't like them), nearly no discomfort, I've even had something to eat. I'm no expert, but the equipment at the Clinic looks very good, the Clinic is very professional, costs were probably the higher end of Chiang Mai, but still a fraction of US or Europe. I don't make these decisions with money in mind, but this was an excellent and very professional experience all around.Day 2: Still a big 5 stars. Totally normal day, no discomfort at all.

I came to the clinic after 2 other clinics that were not availble to accept me without an appointment first. I needed a quick treatment because my retainer behind me teeth (fixation a braces) penetrated to my gums and this can do an infection. Dental world accepted me immediately and the doctor was amazingly kind and patient and explained every step she did.The whole thing took only 40 minutes.Great place, i fully reccommand!!

I saw Dr. Phoomisak for 2 root canals. One was due to a failed root canal by another endodontist, and the other was from a newly infected tooth. Dr. Phoomisak did an excellent job doing both root canals. The procedure was virtually painless, (just a couple of very brief moments of mild pain, unlike my first root canal with another Thai endodontist, which was extremely painful). He used a microscope in doing the canal. Since then, 2 dentists have seen x-rays of one of the root canals he did, and both complimented his work. One was a holistic American dentist, who said he did a very good job. Another was an Asian dentist who has had training in Canada, who said that the root in that tooth is curved, and that doing a root canal on such a tooth is very difficult, and that Dr. Phoomisak had done a good job on it. He said that very few endodontists in his country could do a root canal on a tooth like that. One of the root canals failed (the one that had previously had a root canal done by another endodontist and had failed), but it was not Dr. Phoomisak's fault. The tooth had developed a perforation in the root, which was causing the tooth to get infected, and could not be saved. Dr. Phoomisak had me return several times to check on that tooth, hoping that he could repair the perforation, but it was too large to repaired. Dr. Phoomisak didn't even charge me for that root canal, even though he spent a lot of time and care doing it. He clearly is someone who is very interested in his patients and giving them excellent dental care, and not concerned about how much money he gets.
