I do not recommend the clinic anymore (and I returned to Dentopolis after 10 years, where previously I was very happy with the service provided). After I sought second hand opinion, I can honestly now say that I am highly disappointed with the dentist who "looked after" my teeth (more like my wallet the moment I said I earn in ££ - my bad for forgetting myself how capitalism works in Poland). The appointment itself was chaotic and the dentist had a few "hiccups" during the session which further eroded trust in seeking their services in the future. I simply cannot recommend Dentopolis anymore.
Please see below to my email response when Dentopolis emailed me directly after the above comments, to attack me for "bad" review:
Dear Agnieszka
Thank you for your comprehensive defence of Dentopolis, without being in possession of full facts.
(Please note that this is how you officially address someone – not directly calling them by “Pani Paulino”, as you have done it with your rude response my way. Please learn from the form of this letter since Poland is aspiring to match up to the West).
I was not going to dignify your email with a response; however, now I’ve looked at the google review response (laughable!), I believe that we do need to clarify the confusion on your part regarding the defence launched my way for the service provided at Dentopolis on 11.03.2025.
I do not have an issue with the tooth filling and x-ray price. I was expecting that to be a costly procedure.
What I have an issue with, is the hygienist part of the service provided, or rather forced upon me.
When the appointment started with 16minute delay, I have instructed the dentist that I require one filling and need just a check up to see if the tooth I had serviced here back in the UK in November 2024 to see if it had been properly pulled out. I have learned that day that the hygienist service is “KONIECZNY” without outlining the costs to me in advance, but rather at the end of the appointment. Hygienist service should remain optional and I should have received that choice – the dentist was pushing for it to happen. Since you yourself was not present during the appointment, I do not believe you have the authority to speak to me the way you did in your email – you were simply not present during the appointment and defend a dentist that did not perform a good service that day for the money charged out. A full hygienist package had been forced my way – it had not been done on the “cheap” side – please refer to your Pricing List on your website 😊 Happy to attach a screenshot if you’re struggling to see that for yourself.
Secondly, the dentist had a few “hiccups” – that I did not see you address in your critique back at me? Let’s outline them here below:
She has fell out of her chair – was she perhaps on a party the night before her Tuesday shift? The reason I am implying what I am implying is she struggled to adjust the head rest, and took good 10 minutes to work out as well the order in which she will proceed with the appointment, but the falling out of the chair had raised concerns in my head. Dentist Ela was clearly confused on shift.
I had not been offered anaesthetic injection straightaway – I had kicked the chair 3 times before she said she will do the injection. Since she told me and justified the “KONIECZNY” (and I am using here Polish on purpose) hygienist procedure with the fact that my teeth are sensitive – my question to you is: was I to go through the entire hygienist package in pain? She should have known in advance that removing plaque for someone with sensitive teeth will be hurtful, or is that now suddenly not the case?
I did not appreciate the disgruntled dentist assistant slagging off other staff member over my head over a rota change and having a private conversation with the dentist – again that rings red flags for future appointments.
I was also told several of my other teeth need servicing - that did not prove right after seeking second option - did you have me for a piggy bank on a 11.03?

Only clinic in Poznan who cared to respond to our email inquiries! Their prices are reasonable and they make time to make sure you get most of the appointment you need. Not all doctors speak good english although receptionists are quite capable and helpful. They are often late and have to wait for appointments most of the time. Can’t thank Dr.Marcin well enough; he was excellent!

I highly recommend this dental practice for it's quality of services, it's patient care, it's facilities, and it's equipment. A very modern space, they take pride in effeciency and quality of patient care, I have never had to wait for a procedure and they have quickly rescheduled me for follow-up procedures as necessary.
I am an American who visits Poland often but does not speak Polish fluently, and have had no problem getting the care I need from this office. The staff speak English very well, including reception and a number of the Dentists.
I have had no problems sending/receiving documentation from this office from a different country, and they accept digital payment for my convenience.
Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service painless work by a professional team. Nearly 9 years ago I had my implants and they have been fantastic. A life changer. Many thanks to the team at dentopolis. No single names but the whole team... Brilliant service. Highly recommended..

Really good dental practice. The staff is super friendly and competent. I am a client for three years and I got all types of services (implants, surgery, restorations, cleaning...) always got a satisfied result and the prices of the services are appropriate. Really recommend!
