Good afternoon. I was examined at the clinic on November 27. They promised to send me a doctor’s report based on the examination results by email. Nothing has been sent yet. Prescriptions or any recommendations based on the results of the examination were also not made. Except for a prescription for one drug that I asked them myself. The translator was completely incompetent, with very poor knowledge of the Czech language. I myself had to communicate with the doctor and guess what she was talking about. I had the most negative experience from the examination in your clinic. I ask you to fulfill your obligations, at least by sending me documents with recommendations to my address.
