I stayed in the hospital for one night because of a planned operation. The morning I arrived it took the reception around 45min to check the documents, ID, insurance. It was very could there, I was freezing. After I arrived to my room on floor 4 I had to get ready for the operation super quickly. The anesthesiologist came and spoke about the procedure he’s taking care of, the other part I already knew from my doctor who’s doing the operation itself. When I returned back to my room the nurses came frequently and checked on my wellbeing. I am vegetarian, the “kitchen” called and asked what I like to eat etc. - food was good! As a foreigner in Mexico it was an overall good experience, would do another operation, if necessary, there! Nurses, doctors, etc. all very friendly. Gracias 🙏

Excellent service; everyone is really nice and kind. Attention to detail was excellent. Doctors were quick to act and immediately saved my mother's life. Forever grateful for the amazing team.

I believe there are many great people that work at this hospital, but they definitely deserve the poor rating they have. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. It was close to our Airbnb, and it was an emergency, but I wish we had chosen elsewhere.

The facilities are good, but the administration is 100% unhelpful. I went for a knee MRI and before I paid, I explained my insurance needs a proper receipt stating what I paid for. They gave me a paper that says "medical, dental or hospital fees". I explained that this not enough for the insurance, but to no avail... apparently, a 2-word description in the receipt is too much too ask. In contrast, Medica Sur automatically gives you a fully detailed receipt for any payment. Too bad they are not as close to our place, but next time I know where to go.
