This isn’t a counter reply to anyone’s review — this is a genuine message from my heart about my real experience.
I am Senthil Kumar, and I want to sincerely clarify that there has been a complete misunderstanding regarding the earlier review. In reality, Dr. Dinesh Jothimani has been my treating doctor for nearly five years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled doctors I have ever met.
During my recent visit, I came from Thanjavur in an emergency situation. Even though I did not have a prior appointment for endoscopy, Dr. Dinesh Jothimani immediately attended to me without any delay. He personally took care of me in the endoscopy department, spending a great amount of time ensuring I was completely comfortable and safe.
Even with a timing overlap with another patient, he made sure I received his full attention and care. He stood beside me for almost an hour, constantly checking on me and making sure I was okay.
I was very anxious before coming to the hospital, but his positive energy, warm personality, and reassuring words made all the difference. He truly treats every patient with kindness, patience, and professionalism, just like family.
I also want to sincerely thank his entire team, who were equally caring, humble, and professional throughout my treatment.
Thank you, Dr. Dinesh Jothimani, and your amazing team, for your extraordinary care, compassion, and humanity. This isn’t a counter reply — it’s straight from my heart. You are a true blessing. 🙏💐

We recently visited there for master health check up and the staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. The hospital is maintained well and clean. I gave 4 stars because of the time taken for all the tests (almost a day) and parking space is not good. We have reached there at 8.30 AM and left by 4 PM. I have already visited there for blood donation. The service and maintenance are good enough. The security guards, employees and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it’s definitely a good place to get your medical treatment.

Excellent care at Rela Hospital! My son was admitted with flu and the entire team, especially Dr. Velmurugan, nurse team Prema, Renuka, Saranya, Rehana, Vijayalakshmi, Vigneshwari, Sharmila, Pavithra were fantastic. The nurses were super caring and attentive, and the care was top-notch. Food was served on time, and House keeping staff Mr Ashok , Mis Bagavathi and Mis Jayamala did a great job keeping the room spotless.

Rela Hospital is good when it comes to diagnosis and consultation ,the doctors are knowledgeable and the initial care is satisfactory. However, the admission process needs a lot of improvement. At first, we were not provided with a private room as requested. The nursing staff is mixed ,while some nurses are very caring, others were not up to the mark.
One major concern was that the emergency call button in the room did not work for two days, which is a serious issue for patient safety. Insurance and billing were also very disappointing they added charges that did not belong to us. During the discharge process, the attitude of the staff changed; they were not as attentive or caring as before, and the process felt dragged out and unpleasant.
Overall, good for consultation and diagnosis, but the hospital must improve in admission, patient care consistency, billing transparency, and discharge process.

Great support from 4th floor nursing sisters (Prema, Priyanka, Pavithra, Jeevitha, Renuka, Saranya & sharmila), they delivered motherly care .
