The front desk team Derya Hanım, Ebru Hanım, Ezgi Hanım and my doctor, Dr. Sertaç Öztürk was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during my visit. The Doctor took the time to explain my diagnosis of in clear, reassuring language and answered all my questions patiently. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed.
The front desk team was also wonderful—friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. They helped me schedule my appointment quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
If you need eye care, I highly recommend Dünya Göz. The staff here truly goes above and beyond for their patients. Thank you to Dr and the entire team for such excellent service!

I had laser eye surgery at Dunyagöz Hospital in Ankara, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Sabite Gökçe was absolutely amazing – incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. My recovery is going very well, and I felt well-informed and cared for at every step. If you’re considering eye surgery at this hospital, I highly recommend asking for Dr. Sabite Gökçe. She truly made a difference in my experience!

Saw Dr Sertac Öztürk today for a check up as it’s been over 10 years since my lazer surgery. He was great as always, very professional him and his whole team at the front desk also.

As an old patient of Dr. Kübilhan I can say that the hospital is very professional and caring, they always make sure that we get everything checked out and treated in a great manner, the secretaries are translators are very helpful as well especially Mr. Mahmoud and Ms. Eylül who always make us feel welcome and cared for.
