After a scary appointment in another country where a doctor told me my ear was completely blocked, I went to this Eartone to get a full checkup. I am glad I went! The doctor and his team were organized and professional, the tests and results were fast, and it turns out my hearing loss is at a normal level for my age. Also, it was affordable! Recommend this place for fast and thorough hearing testing.

If your just going for ear cleaning they did clean my ears there good but after he told me I had an infection in my ears I bought the medicine which is over priced it just turns out to be vitamin B12 and something for dizziness. If you have a real infection in the ear go to Saint Louis Hospital for treatment cost me 1500 bahts same as what I paid at ear tone and they gave me real antibiotics ciprophlaxin I bought an extra 7 day treatment for another 7 days for 88 more bahts right from pharmacy hospital. They gave me 4 pills for free.

After spending a month in Thailand, swimming in the sea, I had some problems with blocked ears which I needed to rectify before my flight home.
Impacted wax has always been a problem with one of my ears, but both were now blocked.
I visited Eartone, conveniently located at the Mediplex which is directly linked to Ekkamai BTS. My first visit was with a lovely doctor who cleared my right ear within 5 minutes, but detected some problems with my left ear and was unable to remove the wax plug without discomfort. She prescribed some ear drops and arranged a follow-up visit 48 hours later, when a second doctor (her father) successfully and painlessly removed the blockage. The Doctors and staff were excellent, spoke great English and the whole experience highly professional, clean and successful. I can highly recommend their services if you are nervous about flying with blocked ears, as I was. A big thank you to everybody at Eartone, Bangkok Mediplex level 1.

For many years I do have the most powerful hearing aids. Would prefer 'in the ear' hearing aids but for my hearing loss there were not many options.
After a hearing test they adviced me to try Phonak aids. If I was happy I could buy them, if I wasn't happy with the results I only had to pay 1000 Baht!
I am very happy with the new hearing aids, really good sound, bluetooth works very well which is very important to me.

Only go to Eartone if you want to be ripped off. Bt120,000 for a Phonak. If you buy it cheap from Amazon he will charge you Bt 8,000 for service, penalty for not buying from him. Mine never worked. Just a pile of junk. I stay deaf.
