Single handedly pediatrics specialist Dr Murat Şefikoğulları got the 5 star review for this hospital. He cared for his patient, explained in detail what is happening and why he is applying current treatment. He even showed up in the middle of night as situation escalated and he still showed the same high level of attention, care without any sign of stress. He answered all our questions with respect in each of our interactions.
One place to improve is; you need to follow up with nurses during treatment to ensure treatment follows schedule, e.g IV runs out and they miss it. However experience with Dr Şefikoğulları far exceeds any expectations.

Not a very good experience. The pediatrician would not listen to our concerns and did not even try to address them. His response to our concerns was “so what”. They were giving IV (serum) to my son and after the bottle was empty, the nurse did not even check and his blood was flowing back into the tube. We had to call her to remove it. Instead of a holistic approach to care, you have to go back to the front desk to pay for every individual item, which would require many back and forth(s) with a sick child. There must be a better way to run a private hospital.

We had to rule out a broken wrist, so we went to this hospital. We checked in briefly, then saw the doctor, and then had an X-ray. We were out after 40 minutes. Of course, we had to pay upfront, but it wasn't too expensive.

The hospital is generally well-maintained and well-organized. The doctors are experts in their fields and are attentive. Despite being a private hospital, the prices are quite reasonable. The patient rooms are clean and comfortable. I usually have all my healthcare procedures done here and am satisfied.

I wanted to benefit from the check-up service provided by Ak Sigorta. When I took the tests to the internal medicine specialist Mr. Isa God place. These are not check-ups. If you want a real check-up, come to our hospital and we will do a special check-up service for you, he said. 1- If this is not a check-up provided by Ak Sigorta, are you fooling people? 2- If this is a real check-up and you did not even bother to look at my x-ray, are you trying to fool people as a game of the capitalist health system?
