The hospital is not worth even one star! I flew in from England and on recommendations, I went to this hospital and had a very UNPLEASANT experience! This was my first visit to the proctologist Kalynych S. S., since this is a delicate problem - I expected a professional approach and explanations. Instead, the doctor did not even conduct a normal examination - he just quickly "checked with his finger" and that was it. There were no explanations, advice or a detailed examination. The atmosphere was tense, the doctor behaved tactlessly. The examination itself lasted 3 minutes, and for this "consultation" I paid 700 UAH! I left the office indignant and with a feeling of wasted money. In addition, I decided to give the hospital another chance and after six months I came back, only this time I made an appointment with a different doctor. When I arrived at the hospital, the receptionist said: "Oh, didn't they call you? The doctor no longer works here." and my record was removed, which I didn't even know about! I absolutely DO NOT recommend the Expert hospital!!

I had an operation to remove the gallbladder.
I did not go to a specific clinic, but to a specific doctor.
But I was satisfied with the clinic too)
Doctor Roman Mykolayovych Grinyev: asked carefully, gave a qualified consultation. He answered my questions meaningfully, calmly, which helped me quickly make a decision about the operation itself and that I am ready to do it in the near future.
My case is not very simple - I had a syndrome in which the gallbladder affects the heart, so I had a lot of questions for the doctor).
The operation was performed quickly, without complications, with subsequent monitoring of the condition.
Thank you to the doctor, the anesthesiologist and the entire team.
About the clinic: it is located in the center, a beautiful modern building, equipment, offices and wards at a good level.
Special thanks to the receptionists - in 3 hours I went through everything necessary for preoperative preparation (consultation of 3 specialists, tests). They helped plan the visits in such a way that I was as comfortable and useful as possible and managed my time.
The staff in the inpatient department was very polite and caring.
And I want to recommend Oksana Viktorovna Borovich as a family doctor - I went to her on a declaration and am very satisfied with her expertise, professionalism and friendly and interested attitude!

I really liked the service at the hospital itself and Dr. Kutsyk Mariana Vasylivna! Very responsive and professional, she conducted all examinations and procedures very carefully and tried to reduce discomfort as much as possible. I am very grateful to her for the thorough examination, caring attitude and valuable advice.

3 stars for the hotline. Manager Anastasia is very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the ENT doctor. There was an incomprehensible dialogue. They washed my tonsils, I came home, and the plugs remained as they were. (And the doctor kept talking under his breath, which I had to ask several times.

Everything was wonderful and prompt. Wonderful specialists. I wanted to give a special thanks to the urologist Dr. Ershov, I was treated for a long and boring time in Switzerland, and then the Swiss doctor still decided to treat me like Dr. Ershov M. I would have saved time if I had contacted him right away. Thank you to the hospital and all the doctors!
