Specialized hospital. All specialist doctors and treatment available. Easy to locate, park and reach. All kinds of insurance admissible. Good infrastructure, rooms and staff. Admission process can take long time so keep that in mind before opting for the services. Good OPD setup. All kinds of laboratory tests can be done but on the expensive side. Good patient care

I visited Fortis Hospital, Anandapur and found it to be one of the best hospitals in Kolkata. The doctors are highly professional and caring, and the hospital is very clean with modern facilities. The staff is supportive and the emergency services are well-managed. Though treatment costs are high, the quality of healthcare makes it a reliable choice.

I visited Fortis Hospital for OPD treatment. The hospital is neat and clean, with plenty of space throughout. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the impression of professional management is evident at every stage.

Good Hospital, infrastructure is good , doctor and nursing staff are good. I was admitted under Dr. Ashwin Chowdhury orthopedic for 3 days, there housekeeping staffs are very much caring. Overall a good experience.

Excuse me.
What do you think people come to the hospital for? Be attended.
Firstly there are numerous numbers of segments and buildings.. makes sense since it is a huge hospital.
But atleast keep a sign outside for the people.
It took us good 20mins to actually find the building where to go
Secondly.
The majority of the population are senior citizens(50+)
Do you expect them to be able to climb up stairs? Well if they could they would not be here now would they?
Both lifts in the executive wing were out of service
And the person who is responsible for the keeping simply asks to take the stairs.
She also says that the other lift was been out of service for a couple ofdayss.
It is understandable that machinary might break down but it is the concern of the hospital to get it fixed. Especially when it is a *hospital* and that it has been couple of days.
Coming to the next issue that is just outrageous The help desk says that the doctor is to come an hour later where as the the appointment was made previously.
This is an earnest request to such prestigious organization to take a look into these matters.
