Terrible service. To start with, she's late and overbooked. I had an order for a colposcopy, and she ended up doing a pap smear on me. She didn't even take the time to read my order. When I realized she hadn't done the correct test, I told the receptionist, and she went and told the doctor. She ended up doing the correct test, but in a rude and mocking tone. And finally, she gave me the results written on a prescription. She didn't take the time to write out the paperwork as required for a test of this type. So I'm even doubting whether she actually did the test on me. I'm attaching a photo of the prescription she gave me with my "results."

Dr. Griselda was SENSATIONAL.

The doctor gave me a terrible misdiagnosis. She told me I had herpes, when in reality I suffered a burn on my buttock from a bicycle seat. She prescribed antivirals and never followed up. I traveled to Mexico City to get checked by my gynecologist, and she burst out laughing when I told her I supposedly had herpes, but it was actually a burn. The dangerous thing is that Dr. Griselda even gave me antivirals for something I didn't have. I don't recommend her at all, it's dangerous.

I was with her for more than 5 years and of course her treatment is good, she is attentive but because she has so many patients, she gives you appointments in a hurry, she does not take the time to analyze not even the ultrasound, I had a hormonal problem to the point that I got swollen and when I told her that this was not normal and if she could send me some tests, she told me it was surely due to stress, relax and you will get better, well of course it was not stress, I went to see another very good doctor at Hospiten and she did the entire evaluation and discovered quite a few fibroids, when Dr. Griselda told me that I did not have any more, that they had disappeared, every year she told me "you have nothing anymore, do not worry" and all because of the laziness of not seeing or explaining well and for this reason my fertile life is already limited, I do not recommend her.

She is an excellent gynecologist. I have been going to appointments with her for more than 3 years, she cares about her patients, answers all your questions and always has a good attitude. She is also very open-minded and I have the confidence to go to appointments with my partner.
