It’s been 3 months since I had eyelid surgery at HERSHE, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and professional. The staff are warm, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The clinic itself is clean and beautifully designed, it really gave me a sense of trust as soon as I walked in.
The consultation was thorough, and the surgeon listened carefully to how I want my eyelid to be, while also giving expert advice. Post-surgery care has also been exceptional—they follow up diligently and genuinely care about my recovery and satisfaction.
I'm truly a satisfied customer and so glad I chose Hershe for this procedure. Highly recommended to anyone considering eyelid surgery in South Korea!

I had miradry, a treatment that permanently destroys under arm sweat glands. A much needed procedure for the brutally hot Korean summers. They had excellent translation support and my doctor spoke fluent English. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive. The treatment cost was less than what I would pay in California, USA. The procedure is tax refundable at the airport. Miradry also causes some permanent hair loss of the armpit, which is also nice. I highly recommend Hershe Clinic, especially for foreigners who don’t speak Korean.

I recently had incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction at HerShe and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the entire experience! From the moment I stepped in, I felt very well taken care of and that feeling continued throughout every stage of the process.
A huge thank you to Gabriella, who was such a calming presence throughout my journey. She patiently walked me through the details, always made sure I felt heard, and was consistently kind and attentive from consultation to recovery. And of course, huge thanks to Dr. Kim Joo Bong — not only for his exceptional skill and professionalism but also for his gentle and reassuring demeanor. I felt completely safe and confident in his hands.
One of the little touches I truly appreciated was how someone helped me cleanse my skin before the procedure 😝 It was such a thoughtful and comforting detail that made me feel like I was in the best care possible. I was very nervous before and during surgery, but the nurses and Gabriella were incredibly sweet and supportive, speaking with kindness that helped ease my anxiety, until I fell asleep toward the end of my surgery 😂
I was also given a beautifully packed aftercare kit, complete with everything I needed to support my recovery. They even included a small drink (Hershey’s too! 🍫) and snack, which was such a sweet gesture! 🩷 It made me feel cared for in such a personal way.
Overall, my experience at HerShe was more than just a medical procedure. it felt like being genuinely cared for by a team that truly values your comfort, safety, and happiness. I’m beyond thankful for the entire team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering any procedure. 💖 Can’t wait for my full recovery and super excited for the results🥰

I had an upper blepharoplasty here. The doctor and all the staff were very friendly, even though I was initially very nervous because I had never had a procedure like this before. The consultant was also patient and kind. They even provided a shuttle service to the clinic several times for post-op care at no additional cost. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

I am beyond satisfied! I started researching doctors around my hotel in Seoul and getting on line consultations. The price range was pretty much the same at most places, but I instantly felt safe and welcomed at HER SHE. The director was so sincere and sweet. She was extremely professional and clear on procedures, outcome, and prices (all on WhatsApp) I was interested in upper eye lid surgery, fat grafting, and threading. They were very clear that the initial price could be more or less when in person. After sending my deposit through PayPal, I booked my appointments. On the day of my consultation/procedure I was assisted with translation and met with the doctors. The 3 doctors I worked with were very knowledgeable and kind. Went right into prep for both procedures which were done very efficient and professionally. The office is very clean, there is always a fresh flower scent, and was greeted so kindly by the beautiful staff. The price was exactly the same as the initial consultation. I even asked to do Botox and Pico laser and they were able to accommodate. They had a car service to pick me up and drop me off. All my medications were included, even a couple snacks for post surgery! I will definitely be coming back!
