Hands down the best Hospital experience I have had anywhere! I have had many surgeries. The nurses were professional, polite, made sure I understood everything. They (when possible) spoke English to get across difficult “medical” terms. Food was freshly made including squeezed juice! I can “converse” on a kid level of Spanish. The room was huge and quiet. I TRAVELED here to have spine surgery by Dr Asdrubal (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and as a result was rewarded with great care! ANYONE needing surgery should look into traveling here to get imaging, surgery and some rehab follow up. You will be money ahead and have it done MUCH sooner at a fraction of cost.

Concierge Physician for Torres Mazatlán took my husband to Alhma where he consulted a urologist to treat kidney stones Language Barrier was a big problem. Nurses did not make independent decisions. No one but me provided hands on care. Following discharge complications ensued requiring further hospitalization and treatment at home in Oregon

Had to go to Emergency as an expat. Care I received was good. The issue is that their administration department is horrible! Be aware that getting your reports and information to make your medical insurance claim will be a BIG challenge.

Alhma Medical Center is , without doubt, the most efficient, and well designed hospital I have ever had the pleasure to visit! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, considerate and concerned with the welfare of each patient. The staff is amazingly talented and caring in their dealings with the patients.May God bless each and every person in Alhma, that my husband and I have had the pleasure to meet during this very stressful time.

Excellent care and attention by Dr. Gonzales Torres, Dr. Olvera Ibama and Dr. Adrianna Montes Barrera. Dr. Gonzales spent a lot of time explaining everything and was available after being released from hospital for any questions or concerns. He is compassionate and is an excellent doctor.
