I've started the preparation process for my hair transplant and I'm very satisfied with the level of consultation and support provided by the clinic so far. For now, I'm giving five stars for the excellent service and communication. I'll update my review later regarding the results of the procedure. I truly hope to be among those who rated their experience five stars after seeing the final outcome.

I had a fantastic experience at Hospital Capilar with Dr. María del Carmen Soto and her team. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Soto was compassionate and experienced—she listened carefully and gave honest, thoughtful guidance on how to style my hairline.
The technical team—Laura, Verónica, and Nieves—were truly outstanding. They handled the extraction and implantation with expertise, precision, and kindness. It was clear they worked closely and seamlessly with Dr. Soto as a team.
I arrived at 7:15 AM and was finished around 3 PM. I stayed at a hotel just across the street, which made post-op recovery much more comfortable.
The clinic offers three packages with fixed prices and I selected the Gold Plus Package (3650 euros).
While I’ll have to wait for the final results, I’m already very happy with the process and care I received. Highly recommend!

The whole experience has been absolutely flawless and meticulously planned. The staff is super attentive and dedicated to their work. I was well prepared for each stage of the process and closely monitored by specialists. It has been eight months since I underwent the operation and the results are stunning! I am definitely going back for another treatment.

Best hospital for hair transplantation in Europe, doctors nurses, and team are all dedicated to the job, The management is taking care for every case before arriving to them and during the stay and after going home. Mr.Pablo is very professional person and he is managing the process with the team in every related detail.
Im so happy to deal with them and the satisfaction of their results are very high.

Travelled from Ireland and from the minute I landed at the airport I was looked after. Pablo met me at the airport and brought me to the hotel I was staying in which was all arranged by them beforehand. He was great to deal with along with all the team. Any questions I asked pre and post transplant were answered very swiftly. Hotel was just across the road from the hotel and the airport is nearby so it was ideal. Madrid is also a nice city to visit.
