Marta from International Patients Department, helped us a lot to expedite the analysis for my paralyzed mother. She accompanied us throughout the process, helped us with translation and communicating with doctor and staff. While doing this she had a constant smile on her face. We really appreciate her assistance.

I have been seeing a neurosurgeon for my upcoming surgery. And I have had nothing but good things to say about the hospital and the staff. So far, I am very pleased. I will edit my review after my upcoming surgery.

I have no problem at all with medical attention, but phone operator service is virtually nonexistent. Right now I've been 31 minutes listening to the "all our operators are busy, please wait" message. And it's not the first time that this happens

Bad hospital, at least doesnt have a contact page or other pages to get in touch, their web page always doesnt work, I afraid to imagine how all staff including the doctors work
