I had an operation performed by Dr. Taalaibek and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care I received. From the very first consultation, Dr. Taalaibek was professional, patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt reassured and in very good hands.
The surgery itself went smoothly and the entire team was kind, attentive, and highly competent. Dr. Taalaibek checked in with me regularly during recovery and made sure everything was progressing well.

**A Life-Changing Experience at Istanbul Cerrahi**
I had bariatric surgery at Istanbul Cerrahi in July 2024, and I’m incredibly thankful for the outstanding care I received from start to finish.
**Angela** was my first point of contact via WhatsApp. She was so helpful and informative, answering all my questions and even sending a video tour of the airport so I’d know exactly where to wait for the van. That thoughtful touch made me feel at ease right away.
The **transportation** was smooth and well-organized—thank you to the drivers for making the journey stress-free.
My **interpreter, Yagmur**, was an absolute gem. She even called my family before and after the surgery to let them know I was okay. That meant so much to me.
My surgeon, **Dr. Ali Acar**, was professional, kind, and reassuring. I also want to thank all the **nurses**—every time I needed help, they were there immediately. I felt truly cared for.
I traveled alone for this surgery, but thanks to the amazing team at Istanbul Cerrahi, I never felt alone. I received all the support I needed and more.

The hospital is terrible. strange organization of everything. Nobody speaks basic English. The nurses promised to fulfill the request and disappeared, or did the opposite. They didn’t let me rest even at night, they came in, turned on the light and left. They woke me up every 2 hours at night. When I was in pain, they said It’s normal, instead of helping. They vacuumed the floors at 12 at night. My veins were constantly clogged. I had buttock augmentation and the medical staff kept asking me to sit on my buttocks for the procedures. A smelly bathroom, dirty floors in the corners. And for this pleasure I had to pay 150- 250 euros for an extra day. After an argument, I was explained 100 euros was for the second corset, which I only received on the 5th day and the sleeves were covered in blood. I had to stand for 2 hours naked with the door open in the dressing room, where strangers were constantly coming in. The worst thing is that they did not give me the documentation (agreement), I only have a post-operation report with the wrong date of the operation AND WITH FAKE INFORMATION. I had surgery with Suleyman Ozer on November 25th, he injected 850 cc of fat into my buttocks, which is confirmed by the video and the opinion of other surgeons, and it is also easy to understand, looking at the result. But the documentation says that 1400 cc was injected into each buttock. I understand that this doctor only rented an operating room there, but this does not affect the facts in any way! I guess I have a right to have all paper which I signed

I flown from Newcastle Australia to have gastric bypass at Cerrahi hospital.
It’s very clean and the nurses and staff are fantastic. I highly recommend!

I was here for 4 day's and I have nothing bad to say about this hospital
The staff are all really nice and the rooms are really nice they have everything you need
If there was anything to moan about if your English and goin over then they have no English TV.......
