I traveled from the U.S 2 weeks ago to accompany my boyfriend for a hair transplant. I decided to do an ultrasound and colonoscopy. This was bit worrisome for me in a country that I can not speak the same language. It turned out to be such a pleasant experience. Much more so than any of my experiences in the U.S. I was greeted by Hakan, who was my translator. He escorted me to every appointment which was flawless. I had the pleasure of Eminee being my nurse who was professional but so kind. We have been home for 1 week and have had questions regarding the results. Hakan contacted the doctor right away and responded to us quickly. Very impressed and would highly recomend!

DON'T GO WITHOUT READING THESE!
Disgrace 1)
I made an appointment through the website of this hospital, which has a terrible call center. I chose the doctor, selected the time, and arrived at the hospital at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived, I learned from the lady at the reception desk that the doctor didn't work at this hospital. As if that wasn't enough, they sarcastically told me that they've had many patients come in with the same condition before :)
THE DOCTOR YOU'RE GOING TO WON'T BE THERE :)
The website listed four internists, but when I went, I learned that two were working, one was on leave, and the other would be back in the afternoon. If your time is valuable, don't choose this hospital. There are dozens of hospitals that accept your health insurance :)
DISgrace 2)
The restrooms are mixed, there's no toilet paper, and the floors are filthy. You can see it in the photos. If you're not a hygiene person, go ahead and leave. A SO-CALLED new hospital :)
DISGRACE 3)
Parking is a problem. They have an expensive, makeshift parking lot across the street that doesn't belong to them. If you don't want to valet it, you have to pay the fee :)
Don't let the "valet" thing fool you. You can see where the car is parked in the photos.
And parking on the sidewalk and usurping the pedestrian path is a crime. I'll also be filing a complaint with the local court for that :)
I NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEMSELVES. IF YOU GO THERE BECAUSE IT WON'T HAPPEN TO ME, THINK TWICE BECAUSE I GO THE SAME WAY. I HAD TO GET MY BUSINESS AT A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL

All the staff were very friendly and we were satisfied with the service we received. The hospital's architecture was very stylish. This region needed such a hospital.

I would like to thank Nurse Beste, who works on the 6th floor of Liv Hospital, for her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and professionalism. She made me feel safe and comfortable.
Overall, I was very pleased with all the staff at the hospital. Everyone was very caring and kind.
