I’d like to thank the staff at the Emergency Room of HEH Klinik in Braunschweig. We went there because my daughter had a 2nd degree burn. We received an immediate care and everyone was very nice and trying to comfort my daughter. she even received a gift from one of the staffs to help her calm down. Thank you very much for your help.

I was just in the emergency room with a high fever and severe headache, chest pain, and abdominal pain. Instead of help, the receptionist (long blonde hair, glasses) simply made a derogatory remark: "Going to the family doctor tomorrow isn't enough, is it?"
I felt completely uncared for, so I left—even though I was feeling very ill.
I used to be treated well here with my mother and brother, but after this experience, I will definitely not be coming back.

After an emergency, I was transferred from the intensive care unit to the internal medicine unit 1. The nurses and doctors were friendly and communicative. Overall, it was a very positive stay. The food was good and plentiful.

I had to go to the HEH as an emergency. The hospital, staff, and stay were fantastic.
From the very beginning, I was treated very quickly and with incredible kindness and understanding. After a short time in the emergency room, I was quickly transferred to Ward E. There, I was very well looked after. There was always someone available to talk to. The doctors and nurses were always willing to listen and answer any questions. The cleaning team was always tidy and thorough. I can only recommend this hospital. Finally, I felt like I was being taken seriously as a patient and as a person.

After I couldn't get an appointment with my family doctor in a timely manner, I went to the emergency room at the HEH. My suspicion: thrombosis.
Even though it was very busy at lunchtime, I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor, everyone was super friendly and very competent! I was out after two hours, and luckily, it wasn't a thrombosis, just a torn muscle.
I've been to an emergency room several times for work reasons, but the one at the HEH is by far the best!
