I needed a lot of dental work done. Extraction, root canal, crowns, cavities filled and more. I drove down from Austin and had several appointments over multiple weeks. So I had multiple encounters with the dentist and staff. First off and most importantly I received the exact same diagnosis and treatment plan that I had received in Austin after the exact same digital X Ray exam, but was quoted 20% of the price. All the work was explained, performed professionally and quickly, and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied with all the work- doing follow up tweaks and adjustments for free. I feel so lucky and grateful to have found this option. Safe, easy, affordable.

Dr. Soto just did my all on 6 implants and 4 sinus lifts. it was great very good experience. never once was uncomfortable. I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. Great Dentist, and Surgeon. thumbs up to him and his staff. very professional and very kind.

We couldn't recommend Laredo Smile Center enough! We had extensive dental work needing (root canals, crowns, & implants) to be done and here in the US it was way more than our budget would allow. This dental center was amazing and made it possible to do all the work we needed to get done at a price that was fair and one we could afford! They communicated perfectly in English with us through WhatsAPP, even scheduled a car to pick us up at the border and bring us to their office that was less than 5 min away. The dentist explained in detail all the procedures that we needed, they even had a wonderful employee drive with us a few block to help us get a CT Scan before we proceeded with the dental implants. Any US citizen needing dental work and can make it to Nuevo Laredo should absolutely make this team your new dentist! The dental office very modern with the newest technology and the waiting area was comfortable with a couple couches, free wifi, and cold AC. There is even a nice little market shop next door making it easy to get drinks or snacks while waiting as my wife was getting her work done. Once again, we couldn't recommend this Dental Clinic enough. Thanks Laredo Smile Center for an amazing experience and for taking care of us at an amazing financial rate we could afford. We will see you again soon!

The doctor and staff at Laredo Smiles went well beyond being simply “accommodating” and went out of their way to help me with scheduling and performing my procedures. The entire team was professional, friendly and reassuring. They clearly laid out my options and offered straightforward pricing. This was the closest to a painless dental procedure I have yet to experience anywhere. Since I walked into Nuevo Laredo, they even found me transportation to and from the pedestrian bridge. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone seeking a dentist in Nuevo Laredo!

Im.only giving 1 star so I can write a review do not use this dentist I was told 3 days to get crowns and they kept changing it I spent over 2000 for hotels and expenses because they kept calling at the last minute and changing it after 8 days I left to go home I missed 2 days work and my son missed starting college and had to drop they are terrible and they must have paid people to leave the other reviews do not use dental departures eother I found a better dentist that does good work on my own
