Amazing place.
The clinical part, massages and treatments are fantastic: kind and professional people.
The pool part, aromatherapy path etc. I found it too crowded, a lot of confusion, a lot of chatter, not much relaxation, people talking on their cell phones.
And precisely in this regard, especially in terms of privacy, I find it absurd to allow cell phones to be brought into a place of relaxation, where photos are taken and the phone is used, disturbing the other guests.
Today 10/11/24 I returned for some treatments: I confirm that the place is splendid, well-kept, competent and very kind staff.

Unfortunately the pool, sauna and relaxation situation has not changed.
Today there was a lady in the pool (without a cap, when in reality it is mandatory) who made a video call in the water, with I don't know who, for 15 minutes, framing the entire pool, everyone present and speaking loudly.
Also another group of 4 people, in front of the sauna, talked loudly for about 35 minutes.
Now, tell me where is the relaxation!!!!!!
But a nice sign at the reception where they prohibit the use of cell phones and invite you to lower your tone of voice???
Since common sense and good manners are evidently not for everyone, maybe this way someone will understand...
Then selfies, filming and conversations, are done outside, not in the relaxation area!
