She informed me that the whitening procedure included one treatment session, one follow-up session, and a tartar removal. During the one-time procedure, I was struck by the dentist, Nurcan's disinterested demeanor. She initially came once, applied a barrier to my gums, applied the gel, and left. Afterward, she paid no attention at all, not even coming into the room. I kept in touch with Derya during the procedure and asked if Nurcan wouldn't be coming, but she did. I said no, and remained silent. My teeth didn't whiten significantly after the first session. A follow-up appointment was scheduled to use the remaining gel after the first session, and the dentist continued his indifference during the follow-up. During the second session, a protective layer was applied to protect my gums from damage. When her assistant, Derya, tried to apply this layer to my gums instead of Nurcan, the acid they used seeped into my gums. I couldn't stand the pain, but there wasn't a single person in the room. I told the assistant, and she came. I called Nurcan to see if the pain was from the teeth whitening laser or if it had seeped into my gums. That's how it turned out. Nurcan ended the procedure. I'm in such pain right now, and painkillers aren't working. I haven't been able to eat anything for days. The pain won't go away, and there's no guarantee my gums will ever return to their normal state. Even when I told Nurcan, who had put me through this, that she should have done this procedure herself, not your assistant, she treated me as if I were to blame. I paid money here, look at what I am experiencing now, my procedure was left incomplete and you damaged my gums, when I said to him, he tried to argue by saying it was a control session, I could not have done it, but it was not understood that way from the beginning. You even said you would do a teeth cleaning, but you didn’t do it. I have been harmed both materially, morally and physically by this clinic.
