Been trying to pay my bill, system confirmation, but didn’t charge my card. Took three weeks to respond to any email. Asked them to call at 1.30pm. They didn’t. I then call their payment office service, which is terrible. Three different cards (with money to cover) failed six times. They blamed me, called my bank, no process made. Called them back, continued to fail! Finally worked the seventh time. Mmm, your account system needs a overhaul! Your customer service needs action! Shame it doesn’t support the hospital service
