An ultrasound appointment could be scheduled for two months later. The receptionist gave us false information, saying we could make an appointment at another hospital. We tried, but couldn't get one. We agreed to two months later, but by 4:42 PM, the receptionist had already finished her shift and left. We waited 20 minutes, but no one came. I reported the situation to 184, but there was no response. Why are we paying for this health insurance?

I went to the gynecology and obstetrics department to get examined by Fatma Berna Aydoğdu. There was no doctor's name or information sign on the door about whether the room was occupied or not. After 10 minutes, I had to knock on the door to avoid wasting time waiting in the wrong place and canceling my appointment. I guess the doctor's assistant inside wasn't the doctor himself. He scolded me and shouted, "There's a patient inside, wait!"... Anyway, I didn't say anything. When I walked in, I think there were 3 nurses, one of them was playing with her cell phone. It's unclear what the other one was doing. I went to the examination section. The cover on the stretcher hadn't been changed. I changed the cover of the previous patient myself.... When I went to show the lab result, I was told to get a new queue number in 3 days. There were 30-40 people in front of me, no matter how you look at it, it's like a free hospital. When there are 3 staff, is it up to me to change the stretcher cover? What are 3 people doing in the room? Am I obligated to answer questions about my private life among 3 people. How do you protect yourself? Have you had an abortion? Are you sexually active? They made me take a pregnancy test even though I said no. This is also ridiculous. I'm not obligated to answer these questions in front of 3 people.

The hospital has a serious elevator problem. You might have to wait 15-20 minutes to go up a floor. The elevators are so small they can only fit two wheelchairs at most, making access difficult for disabled patients. Furthermore, construction materials are everywhere, demonstrating that the hospital is failing to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene.

Today, we had a hard time finding an appointment to go to the allergy department. Unfortunately, all the parking lots are full. Construction continues inside. You may come across trucks and construction equipment. I couldn't find a place to park the car and I walked around a lot. Pendik is much better than education and research. Typical public hospital employee models exist here too. Incapable of answering. Unfortunately, they are the types who do not consider people as human beings.

I made an appointment for an MRI at 11:40 PM, assuming it would be freer and outside of office hours. When I arrived on time, there were already 9:40 PM patients, and people were piled into the hallways at 12 AM. It's 1 AM and we're still waiting. I've read hospital reviews, and I wonder if everyone complains about the same thing! When I arrived for an ENT at 9:10 AM, the doctor wasn't there until 9:40 AM, and I only managed to get in at 10:30 AM. But to be fair, Yavuz was attentive. Of course, it's not the doctors' fault, but the system's fault.
