I had stem cell injections into my knee and spine with MedClinics, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. They were with me every step of the way, always reachable, and answered all my questions at any time.
Dr. Mehmet, a professor of spinal surgery, handled my procedure with incredible professionalism and expertise. I felt completely supported and safe in his care, which made the process much easier.
Halis was also extremely attentive—he met us at the doctor’s office, ensured we felt welcome, and made sure all our questions were answered. He was present during the hospital check-in process, provided great support, and ensured everything went according to plan. After the procedure, he made sure we got home safely and had everything needed for recovery.
Overall, I felt well taken care of, and everything was handled professionally. If you’re considering treatment with MedClinics, you can expect a highly skilled team and a well-organized experience.

I recently had the opportunity to contact MedClinics and I would like to share my positive experience. From the moment I get intouch with the clinic I felt welcome.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by how patiently and thoroughly all my questions were answered.
I can only guess that
the atmosphere in the clinic would be very pleasant and calming.
I can highly recommend anyone that had medical issue to chose MedClinic because they're best in competent care and welcoming.

When I enquired about getting stem cells I was met with a very professional lady Heike.
She made me feel important and answered my numerous questions (sometimes the same questions). She was very prompt at answering, even all hours of the night and day. Because I didn’t speak the language she interpreted very well. My pick up at the airport in a limousine was great even though my flight was delayed she made every effort to find me.
She was with me all the time going through my procedures and Dr Mehmet she introduced to me was so lovely, put me at ease straight away. I am forever grateful for Heike for leading me to the right Doctor and hospital. The experience was the best. Thankyou

I am from Mali. I got MedClínics contact from one of my friend, and I recently had the opportunity to contact them and I would like to share the way I've been received from them through WhatsApp communication. I was looking for a treatment plan and I got a good guidance by MedClinics. All my questions have been answered, I got a treatement plan and I've been oriented I really appreciated their good professional by the way they take cared of me. I've been impressed that MedClinics had a lot of services which can probably help people to get good health.
