Whenever I face a complicated health condition, Max Smart Saket has always been my go-to hospital. Eight years ago, when I had a high-risk pre-term delivery and other hospitals refused to take on my case, the emergency team at Max Saket handled it with exceptional care and efficiency. Now, dealing with abnormal uterine bleeding, my doctor at Safdarjung CGHS recommended a hysterectomy at a private empanelled hospital. Without hesitation or any further research, I trusted Max Smart Saket once again.
I’m currently receiving treatment at the Gynaecology department, and so far, the experience has been excellent. I generally find it hard to trust private hospitals, but Max Smart Saket has never let me down. I’ve even recommended it to all my family and friends.
When my mother was diagnosed with a heart condition, I urged her to consult Max Saket. Sadly, she chose Fortis for surgery, which ended up failing, and she tragically passed away. I can’t help but feel that if she had come here, the outcome might have been different.
Despite this, my experience with Max Smart Saket has always been positive, and I continue to trust them with my healthcare needs.
Apart from doctors', they have an EXCELLENT, DISCIPLINED and CONSIDERATE support staff.

As I wrote earlier too.MAX Group in complete chain hospitals is coming up fast for Health services at National Capital Delhi & other Places in NCR specially.It has about 10 hospital in Delhi & NCR.Aquured Crosslay hospital, at Vaishali Ghaziabad. Bur My Expereice at Max smart hospital Saket New Delhi was a horrible one which I don't want to see again and will not advise to come over here fir Treatment anymore despite of Having many Doctors of National Reputatation.
I came here for Bilateral Robotic knee surgery on 17/18 July 25 Prefixed by Dr Ramneek Mahajan, Team but Even after If Rs.seven fifty lacs packhage( Rs7.50 lacs) ,It could not deliver sevices of free Government hospitals at Delhi/NCR.
From the time of arrival at Gate at 12.30 on 17 july 25,We had to face every bad thing for a highly Deposited fee Patient as No wheel chair was available at Gate even for a knee pain Patient and was to undergo pain for continous 5 hours upto 5 PM during Preoperative Tests of CT knees & DSE Test .Dr Mahajan and his assistant didn't even try to Examine me physically at Room no 9 in OPD even my Request made itself.
Later,At Room Number 1206,It was againa night mare. My Treatment started only after Fee Deposit of Rs.4 lacs initially which was paid immediately but Treatment part was far behind. Dr Ramneek himself didn't turn up immediately after admission but after many subordinates like doing DNB courses etc & Others came but no one took history and did thorough Examinations of Knees for proper Knee Transplant Operations next day.Even schedule of Treatment was undrafed upto 10PM very shameful for any Doctor or hospital admitted for big surgery being Old diabetic also. Ultimately undersigned had to take stress of Treatment being a Doctor myself and a Retired CMO/CMS/DIRECTOR HEALTH RETD in uttar Pradesh residing at Meerut at present.Things didn't stop here,They all paramedicals & Resident Doctor also didn't care and think about Treatment. Only,Inj.Insulin 4 units was injected by nurse without deep medical knowledge and no Doctor talked about Treatment Part before operation next day.It was the highest limit of negligience even when I called Dr Mahajan on mobile for help for Right Treatment part before going to sleep, He also didn't pay attention even his assistant subdeep sharma.
Next day Was even Worse.I morning of 18 july 25 next day of admission, some boyish man came alleged to b himself a doctor from Dr Mahajan 's team saying that I made nuscience on night of 17 july and I will be operated only on conditions from Dr Mahajan's team as Yiu will not demand anything for you after surgery not even if you are in severe pain.I was given 5 minutes to think over.Suddenly,Dr Ramneek Mahajan himself appeared and repeated the same which is again all medical Ehetics by any point of you and very serious issue when yiu pay very heavy fee for this upto Rs.7.50 lacs.
This is a clear cut case of medical negligience on part of Max Smart hospital NewDelhi. I have Complained number of times to concerned for action including vice president & medical director of the Group.
I have complained to Honourables LG,HM& CM of Delhi and even Secretary Medical health & family welfare Government of India for necessary action to be taken immediately but nothing solid have been done till now.
By this review,I want to propagate the bad things in Max hospital smart saket NewDelhi & others in NCR to do better in patient's interests not for money itself.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Max Hospital. After paying 3200 rupees as doctor’s consultation fees I expected to receive respectful and attentive care. Unfortunately that did not happen.
The doctor only spent about five to ten minutes with me and for most of that time they were busy using their mobile phone texting making calls and talking to staff. This left very little time for them to properly listen to my concerns answer my questions or give clear explanations about my health.
This kind of behavior shows a lack of discipline and respect for patients. It should not matter whether a patient is rich or poor local or international everyone deserves proper attention and care especially when they are paying such high fees.
Many patients including those who travel from poorer countries come to India hoping for quality medical care. Instead they often feel disrespected and ignored. It is very disappointing to see that for some doctors here money seems more important than patient care.
I sincerely request Max Hospital management to take this matter seriously and ensure that their doctors show professionalism respect and proper communication with every patient.

Recently I underwent robotics surgery for my gall stones. I was totally fearless as i had heard much positive about Dr. Peters. The surgery was done smoothly and the post surgery care was also awesome. All the staff attended me as per my needs. Before surgery Ms. Nalini proved to be a good guide and mediated well in scheduling surgery and insurance things too.

Max Hospital staff and doctors clearly do not value patients’ time. All they care about is whether you have a source or reference. If you’re planning to visit for any consultation, be prepared to waste 2 to 5 hours for barely 10 minutes with the doctor. The service is pathetic and completely mismanaged.
Even if a patient books an online appointment, arrives at the hospital, completes the payment, and gets the receipt — they are still made to wait unnecessarily. People who come after them, but have references, are taken in first. What happened to first-come, first-served? It’s total chaos.
On top of that, patients who book an appointment in the last time slot are still called in at the very end, even after others who came later but had earlier slots. What’s the point of time-based appointments if they’re not followed at all? It’s just a formality.
To make it worse, some nurses and staff give clear priority to people who come with internal contacts, while genuinely waiting patients are ignored like they don’t exist. It’s completely unfair and unprofessional.
Max Hospital, your system is broken. Your staff lacks basic courtesy. You need to stop running the hospital like a club for VIPs and start respecting every patient equally.
