Worst hospital Max Gurgaon. Worst services. Want to share my experience. Was getting ready to meet my pedetrician to take my 18 month old son down with viral and high fever of 104. Just then I accidentally banged my nose to the glass door at home thinking it was open when it was not. My nose bled and I almost fainted. Rushed to the emergency of max Gurgaon. My grandmother was admitted in the Max hospital Patparganj for a simple hip surgery. Post surgery she contracted some hospital borne infections and was down with fever. Within no time a simple surgery became a nightmare for the entire family. The doctors kept forcing us to put her on ventilator and were telling us that she is having multiple organ failure. They went to extent of saying that if we don't put her on ventilator we will not be able to save her. She was kept in the… ICU for several days and her condition was only deteriorating. Then finally we took the decision of shifting her to Sir Ganga Ram hospital. The doctors were against us taking her anywhere. Thanks to our strong family we shifted her and she is back home within 1 week. Max group is a money hungry group with sole intention of not curing the patient and not even letting them die. They want to make their patients into vegetables and cash cows whose family members just keep paying the bills. It is my sincere request with everyone to never take their friends and family members to Max for their own well being.

This branch of Max Super Specialty Hospital provides top-notch treatment to patients. The medical staff, including both doctors and nurses, are very professional and caring. The supporting staff at the hospital are also commendable. The establishment is well-maintained, neat, and clean. There is also a canteen for visitors offering fresh and delicious food.
I have two observations: some hospital areas, especially the international lounge, can become quite crowded during peak hours. And, the food in the canteen can be a bit expensive.

There are no words to truly describe the hospital — all I can say is that my experience was very good.
Note: If you're coming by metro, get off at Malviya Nagar Metro Station (the nearest station to Max Hospital Saket). Exit from Gate No. 3 or 4.
You have two options to reach the hospital from the metro station:
By Auto: Autos are easily available outside the station. They usually charge around ₹10–₹20, and the ride takes just 2 minutes.
On Foot: The hospital is not very far — it takes about 8- 10 minutes to walk from the Malviya Nagar metro station.

My dad recently underwent a kidney transplant (KTP) at Max Hospital, Saket, under the expert care of Dr. Anant. From the initial consultation to post-surgery recovery, the experience has been outstanding.
A special thanks to the staff and coordination team for their support. The hospital staff was extremely caring, professional, and always ready to help.
I am highly satisfied with the surgery and post-operative care. Max Saket is an excellent choice for kidney transplants, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need.

I recently had my father undergo knee replacement surgery under the expert care of Dr. Sujoy Kumar Bhattacharjee. From the initial consultation to post-surgery recovery, our experience was exceptional. Dr. Sujoy has a warm and friendly approach, making his patients feel at ease from the very first conversation.
A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Sujoy and his exceptional team for their unwavering support and professionalism throughout this time.
A special thanks to the nursing staff, maintenance team, and housekeeping—everyone performed their duties with great dedication, setting high standards for patient care.
However, there are a few areas where improvements at the management level could enhance the experience:
1. Parking challenges – The hospital seems to be profiting significantly from valet services, which could be managed better.
2. Canteen pricing and policies – Food at the hospital canteen is quite expensive, and outside food is not permitted even for patient attendants. The reasoning is that attendants might share food with patients, yet they are still allowed to order from the hospital canteen, which indirectly compels them to spend more.
Overall, I would rate the hospital a 4, but Dr. Sujoy and his team deserves a perfect 5 for his outstanding care.
