Medanta – The Medicity Hospital

I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to Medanta – The Medicity Hospital, Gurgaon, for the outstanding medical care, facilities, and compassion I received during my recent kidney transplant. My experience at the hospital has been truly remarkable and filled with hope, healing, and humanity.
From the moment I was admitted until the day I was discharged, I was deeply impressed by the world-class infrastructure, cleanliness, and well-organized system maintained throughout the hospital. Every area — from the wards and ICU to the waiting lounges and corridors — was spotless and well-managed.
I would especially like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to my consultant, Dr. Ankur Mittal, whose constant guidance, medical expertise, and compassionate. My heartfelt thanks also go to Dr. Shyam Bansal - Vice Chairman - Nephology & Kidney Transplant Medicine renal care and his wonderful teams Dr. Rana, Dr. Prijanta, Dr. Anjali and Dr. Shivani for their excellent care, professionalism, and kindness during my treatment.
A very special note of gratitude goes to Dr. Prasun Ghosh, Chairman - Urology and kidney Transplant Surgery Renal Care my surgeon, and Dr. Gaurav Faujdar, co-surgeon, for their exceptional surgical skills, gentleness, and humble nature. Dr. Gaurav Faujdar, in particular, touched my heart with his soft-spoken and kind personality. He regularly visited me both in the ICU and the ward, ensuring my comfort and recovery at every step.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Dietitians, Dietitian Vandana whose kindness and detailed explanations about diet, hygiene, and post-operative nutrition were extremely helpful. Her advice has been a great support in maintaining my health after surgery.
My heartfelt gratitude to all the nurses and medical staff who cared for me during my stay — especially in the ICU (Room 228) and on the 15th Floor, A Wing. Their patience, compassion, and professionalism made my recovery smooth and comfortable. Although I cannot mention all their names, I fondly remember Sister Ganga staff Nurse in ICU 228 and Sister shabbu staff Nurse in 15 floor A Wing for their kindness, dedication, and gentle care.
My thanks also go to Mrs. Prachi and all the staff in the OPD Dialysis and IPD Dialysis Units for their excellent service, respect, and support. Each member of the team — from the doctors, technicians, carried out their responsibilities with sincerity and care.
I am forever grateful to the entire Medanta family for giving me a new lease on life through a successful kidney transplant. May God bless all the doctors, nurses, and staff who continue to serve patients with such dedication and love.
Furthermore, I am deeply thankful to Cordinators, Mr. Arun, Mrs. Kiran. who took such good care of me and my wife with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
Even the support staff and housekeeping personnel deserve special mention — from the janitors to the ward attendants, everyone performed their duties with respect and dedication.
Thank you once again to the entire Medanta family for your service, care, and compassion. I will always remain grateful for the new life you have given me.
