I had a very nice experience with Dr Razek Kazancioglu. He is very knowledgeable and helped me in the internal medicine department. Special thanks to Saida Abukar (the internal department translator) for help and guidance in the hospital.

My treatment yesterday was out standing Buģra and Büṣra level 5 pulmonary dept. I was given oxygen and steroids and on a drip with lots of meds. There attention and care was 1st class can not fault them. I went private and the whole thing cost £300. Thanks again Nicki Aktolga xxxx

The hospital is serene and thoroughly kempt as expected. The staff seem to be well motivated judging by the routines they carried out. The doctors are as well friendly, experienced and accommodating; professional ethics are their watch word. More so, an average doctor could speak English. Although non Turkish speakers may find it a little bit difficult to communicate with the receptionists/secretaries, however one could see the determination and keen interest from them to understand or pass an information. Lastly, "Good service always comes at a price!"

Giving a rating of one is too nice. This hospital is the definition of a fraudulent institution, everyone at this hospital should be ashamed of themselves. The care was disgraceful, countless laws were broken during my grandmothers stay, this negligence led to her losing her life! They didn’t even have the decency to welcome my family and break the news to us in a professional manner. If you love your family STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL. They will lie to you and charge you thousands of pounds for a service they did not complete. Negligence, misdiagnosis and lack of communication? How can a hospital run like this? You will one day be punished for this.
